But give him some slack guys. It's a €7 server... It will attract abusers. Small company, basically running a charity with this kind of pricing... Wait for the dust to settle... Meanwhile, have a mushroom.

The network issues already been fix in my case, just wondering why so many comments and probably tickets just for this , its an 7$ deal ,you have to wait for it so they settled everything

agreed. This is the kinda positive vibe we need in this world. The provider is probably overworked and stressed from all work these last couple of days. The least we could do is post some cute anime girl gifs to cheer up the provider a little for this wonderful offer.
the packet loss problems are solved, but we are continuing to suspend VPS of people who abuse, and there are many.
The offer was made to give everyone the opportunity to have a good VPS at a low price for everyone during the period of these discounts, however, I am sorry that many people abuse them to cause damage.
But i want say Thank you all for your continued trust in us, we are trying to improve as much as possible to give the best experience possible.

Sadly DeluxHost never will fix loss and low speed. I tryed over a week. The support usually say "all fixed" but when I do MTR from other german host or sweden vultr i see 50-80% loss on the last host (on my VM ). After they switched to neoprotect upload speed worse pings wosre (a little) and packet loss terrible.
Support tries to help they can not. I will post here all tests I will do today to show you that all (even FULL PRICE VMs) Vms they have are affected now.

I got a BF-4 on the EPYC node, latency is not terrible anymore :P I get around 40ms with some random spikes to ~150ms here and there, but overall ok. CPU steal is also usually near zero now.
Unfortunately the VPS business is 90% managing abusers, and at €7/year this is pretty much as good as we can get. If it stays as it is now, it's a pretty good deal.

What are specs
The worst provider. They just waste time in tech support and then say "no refunds, time is up". At the same time they claim that "everything was fixed", but in fact they did nothing. Maybe they are still inexperienced, because they opened a couple of months ago, so to speak. Disappointment, constant packet loss, terrible connection and quality of support, failure of the year.

Hi, I don't know on what basis you are saying this and what strange thing happened to make you say this.
We have over a thousand customers and really as you can see the negative reviews even in this forum are totally reduced, the problems you mentioned of Packet loss have not been reported to us for days now, So my question remains, what happened?
Out of over 100 tickets per day, we have always responded to everyone and refunded those who wanted it, except those who abused.
And I want to point out that we have been open for over a year, not a few months.
