Is this just one Epyc node or there will be 2 ?

We have two available, but they will surely run out of stock soon, we assume in a few hours.

Please can you post here once First node is full....

    Of course.

Both nodes went out of stock ?

  • are these plans recurring?

  • @DeluxHost, I received welcome email without i.p, and my service has still nothing, pending. Nothing was provisioned. Ticket #YSX-318938

Not sure, they said they'd move me out of this abused Intel node once this EPYC node is ready. But now they say it's already full because of orders. Have no idea what's going on there..

Check my ticket. We basically paid the same price. The early adopters got Intel which has high steal time now. And the ones who got now, got an EPYC node. If I knew you would do a last minute switcheroo, I'd have just cancelled my current server (Intel) and bought a new one on the EPYC node as I was basically here watching the thread when the sale went live. Can you move me out of my current node as you mentioned in the initial ticket?

I would like to ask if the BF discount package purchased yesterday will be automatically upgraded to AMD CPU?

Do you mean if you will automatically switch from xeon to an EPYC server?
The answer is no, buy you can open a ticket if interested and let's see if we can help!

This meaning old pending order never get the VPS?

They will be automatically placed on the EPYC node as soon as it is available, for orders still pending.

Unfortunately, above was not applied in my case, after waiting for 3 days I was placed today on a Intel node. Confirmed also by ticket - EPYC are now full, so this can't be changed.

I put in a support ticket - they said to stop and restart the vms, and once i did that they were showing epyc with aes-ni - not sure if that's something they have to do manually or if they already did it for everyone - but it did get resolved for me.

Just sharing my experience with @DeluxHost,
They also promised me they will move my VM from the Intel node to the AMD node. Thankfully i've realized the performance and networking weren't great enough for my expectations and i decided to refund just to protect me about the same situation that you're on and about the performance too, using them policy.
The time to release the AMD nodes it was a reason to ask for a refund as well, i know theres a procedure to release this nodes, but promisses after promisses that i've seen it in here...
Regarding the support, i understand that they are handling a lot of tickets, but the time that i've wait just for the refund and to handle my entire situation looks permissive.

Lets see if they will move you!

Is this just one Epyc node or there will be 2 ?

We have two available, but they will surely run out of stock soon, we assume in a few hours.

Please can you post here once First node is full....

    Of course.

Both nodes went out of stock ?

Not sure, they said they'd move me out of this abused Intel node once this EPYC node is ready. But now they say it's already full because of orders. Have no idea what's going on there..

Unfortunately both nodes are full right now, we can still check again your ticket and try to figure out a solution for you.

You can check it back, we have already answered.

Check what back? That the node is full? You didn't keep your word. Period.

As we told you, we are trying our best to make a solution for you, we are willing to help everyone here!

Sure I am all ears. What's the solution you can offer? You told me that it's possible to move me to the epyc node on 25th as per the ticket (image shared above). That didn't happen or at least not yet.

Again I am a customer since your first offer here (I think so). And I am happy with the first server i bought as well. So, this is not a rant, it's just about owning up to your words. Then again I can wait if it's not possible to fulfill this now.

I don't see any update in the ticket. Also it's not just me, apparently there are others here who have the same problem

  • Here is is the networking problem that i was facing, and this situation continues.
Using my old IP or a neighbor IP does the same:

It seems when we use the LG announced IP, everything seems fine.
Also, i've realized after my VM was destroyed, my old IP kept replying ping without any other VM already with the IP assigned back again, unfortunately i didn't saved a screenshot.
