Do you want a rude provider? no support service? dont miss Prohosting24, they will not disappoint you.

You can clearly see how many people complained about the slow and bad ticket responses in this topic or the others.

at best, they answer tickets in 24 hours, but only if they feel a bit busy they will simply ask you to not answer to the ticket anymore!!!

I confess that i was lucky so they ran out of IP and I missed their deals

    #1 at LowEndSupport and LowEndIP

Can you post the whole conversation? One may want to check the flow information rather than based upon a single message.

    @ProHosting24
Currently one of my Genoa VPS has been up and running for more than 50 days, I live in the south of China and it has very good internet connectivity.

I sent you tickets about setting up a mail server and upgrading the configuration, and even though the response was a bit slow (time difference between Germany and China as well as different working hours), the staffs were very enthusiastic to help me solve all the problems.

Recently I noticed that the disk speed is slowing down.

This has to lead me to the question–--what does Germany location&low prices&unlimited traffic mean?It means that there could be a bunch of crazy private tracker users attracted to it, reading and writing to the disk 24/7, constantly uploading and downloading.

I hope you guys take this issue seriously ...... :)

Unlimited traffic (fair share) = you get sometjjng like 10TB, everything above isn't guaranteed but usually available because far from everyone uses that much. Pretty sure what you described is against the ToS but don't quote me on that.

    ATTENTION PLEASE

To all the customers that use other or faked data in their account:

Please also post the correct mail address which has been used in paypal as well to process the refunds, we are not able to match chinese names against translated names with not matching email addresses!

Just post your mail address or transaction id into the ticket

for security reasons, my paypal email address is never the same email address that i use to log in to a hoster. if this were to become mandatory, i would find this process very strange!

I think the issue here is not a different mail address in paypal but non matching names (maybe due to translation) at the same time. As it is some prepaid system where you upload credit first, I guess there is a need for additional matching of services and payments...

Mine isn't the same as well, I use different addresses for every provider (main reason: if provider has a data leak and I get spam to that address, I can simply block it, and I see which provider had a data leak).
But so far no provider has declined/blocked me, and I don't think it's that uncommon.

Are you aware that all of those hostings that you pay with paypal receive your full name, your home address registered in paypal as well as your paypal email address?

That's borderline secure, you need to use other payment methods to achieve what you desire.

Yes, some people use names which are way of from what google translate proposes.
We are able to match some transactions by the timestamp but in multiple cases there are just to much similar transactions to match via timestamp.

    Interesting, didn't know that.

One question regarding the 20% credit bonus as you said it's until Monday: will it still be available on Monday?
And so far, the 4€ VPS seems to be great!

it is clear to me that the paypal data goes to the person i am paying, anyone who thinks otherwise is naive. but i still separate the paypal access data (email) and the access data at the hoster, that makes a lot of sense.

Given that everything is operating within the 176.116.18.0/24 subnet, on 1 server, there are 221 servers.

    RAM: 16 GB * 221 = 3.5 TB
    NVMe Storage: 200 GB * 221 = 44 TB
    CPU Cores: 4 cores * 221 = 884 cores

For comparison, the AMD EPYC 9554 processor (what the server is running on) has a total of 236.8 GHz.

Hi,I ordered a vps but there’s something wrong with it.”An error has occurred, please contact support”. I have opened a ticket to ask for help but got no reply.

Don‘t update tickets by posting more answers into them. That puts the ticket back to the last position in the queue. Otherwise we are on it.

please check HA SSD VPS - #8163 im still waiting..

Machines that we haven't had ressources for have been refunded, please create a ticket if your refund still needs to be issued.

Do they run out of resources? I am sure they got massive orders this time.

    CPU Frequency: 3.1 GHz * 221 = 685.1 GHz

For comparison, the AMD EPYC 9554 processor (what the server is running on) has a total of 236.8 GHz.

What’s going on here? You tell me.

New vms run on different node with AMD EPYC 7443P
