@ProHosting24 you replied to a closed ticket that I no longer needed.
Can you post the whole conversation? One may want to check the flow information rather than based upon a single message.
We didn‘t intent to insult you by that response
regards
Hi,I ordered a vps but there’s something wrong with it.”An error has occurred, please contact support”. I have opened a ticket to ask for help but got no reply.
@ProHosting24
Currently one of my Genoa VPS has been up and running for more than 50 days, I live in the south of China and it has very good internet connectivity.
I sent you tickets about setting up a mail server and upgrading the configuration, and even though the response was a bit slow (time difference between Germany and China as well as different working hours), the staffs were very enthusiastic to help me solve all the problems.
Recently I noticed that the disk speed is slowing down.
This has to lead me to the question–--what does Germany location&low prices&unlimited traffic mean?It means that there could be a bunch of crazy private tracker users attracted to it, reading and writing to the disk 24/7, constantly uploading and downloading.
I hope you guys take this issue seriously ......
Unlimited traffic (fair share) = you get sometjjng like 10TB, everything above isn't guaranteed but usually available because far from everyone uses that much. Pretty sure what you described is against the ToS but don't quote me on that.
still waiting HA SSD VPS - #8163..
Only had to contact support once. Within twenty four hours I had a response and solution (TPM).
Don‘t update tickets by posting more answers into them. That puts the ticket back to the last position in the queue. Otherwise we are on it.
Finally, got the answer that I can't have the deal from you @ProHosting24
All the money paid have been refunded.
I hope better luck for me next deal.
HA SSD VPS - #8200
for security reasons, my paypal email address is never the same email address that i use to log in to a hoster. if this were to become mandatory, i would find this process very strange!
I think the issue here is not a different mail address in paypal but non matching names (maybe due to translation) at the same time. As it is some prepaid system where you upload credit first, I guess there is a need for additional matching of services and payments...
Mine isn't the same as well, I use different addresses for every provider (main reason: if provider has a data leak and I get spam to that address, I can simply block it, and I see which provider had a data leak).
But so far no provider has declined/blocked me, and I don't think it's that uncommon.
Are you aware that all of those hostings that you pay with paypal receive your full name, your home address registered in paypal as well as your paypal email address?
That's borderline secure, you need to use other payment methods to achieve what you desire.
Yes, some people use names which are way of from what google translate proposes.
We are able to match some transactions by the timestamp but in multiple cases there are just to much similar transactions to match via timestamp.
Interesting, didn't know that.
One question regarding the 20% credit bonus as you said it's until Monday: will it still be available on Monday?
And so far, the 4€ VPS seems to be great!
Cool to see that you have been able to grab one.
Yes, you could still add credit on monday and get 20% on top.
Same question here.
can't up my credit without my ticket to be fixed. dont mind the wait but would be sad to miss the bonus
same with you, HA SSD VPD - #8130
Hope a new deal on Cyber Monday.
This will be my new home.
it is clear to me that the paypal data goes to the person i am paying, anyone who thinks otherwise is naive. but i still separate the paypal access data (email) and the access data at the hoster, that makes a lot of sense.
any offers ?
Good morning everyone!
I have a 8C/32G/400GB (as offered above) at 9.95 Euro/month that I offer as a transfer. The server is paid for the next 27 days. Asking price is 10 Euro to be paid via PayPal Friends & Family. After payment I will open the ticket with ProHosting within 24 hours and ask for the transfer.
YABS for informational purposes only (as the host may change from time to time):
please check HA SSD VPS - #8163 im still waiting..
I don't know if you guys oversold it. This is the gb6. It looks like it's dropped a lot.
Do they run out of resources? I am sure they got massive orders this time.
Given that everything is operating within the 176.116.18.0/24 subnet, on 1 server, there are 221 servers.
RAM: 16 GB * 221 = 3.5 TB
NVMe Storage: 200 GB * 221 = 44 TB
CPU Cores: 4 cores * 221 = 884 cores
CPU Frequency: 3.1 GHz * 221 = 685.1 GHz
For comparison, the AMD EPYC 9554 processor (what the server is running on) has a total of 236.8 GHz.
What’s going on here? You tell me.
You are making me to buy dedicated server. did you scan network?, but there could be many systems deployed within network. I don't have expertise at core level
Looks to me like a CPU limit, please create a ticket and explain your workload
The machines have the same load like in the last 1-2 weeks
Yes, but there have been no deployments to genoa nodes
This calculation doesn't make much sense to me
We are sold out unfortunately
Machines that we haven't had ressources for have been refunded, please create a ticket if your refund still needs to be issued.
Unfortunately there isn't going to be a new deal in the next time
New vms run on different node with AMD EPYC 7443P
No, currently machines are being started from 7402(P),7C13,7443 and 7543 nodes
