    Document handling (creating, editing, deleting) is now online, enjoy! Be aware the collaboration parts are a bit derpy, but that doesn't stop you from doing work on the documents. That is why we've marked it as a BETA though.

    Sure. We'll likely just add a few bigger plans than some other 'stacking' setup.

    Order was rejected on grounds I’m currently not where I normally reside, but away on travel (and on a mobile connection). Karen wanted me to update the address on file to where I am now, then place a new order (which then wouldn’t match the CC billing address) and finally update once again when I’m back home. Which raises the (IMO legitimate) question - are we supposed to update the address every time we’re travelling and need to add another service?

    I really wanted to buy your service, but this is just too much trouble and too much suspicion where it doesn’t belong… The fraud detection system you guys use is way too harsh and no manual verification of customers can be made. Why the system “needs” to know where I am now and have that listed as part of the order is beyond me…

  • If I stop using this service it will be because webmail compose is pop-up only and seems no way to change that :smile: . That's simply no-go and too slow :neutral:

    Yep, large ZFS pool with 6x Z2 vdevs - so 12 drives of redundancy. Most mail will live on the mirrored NVMe's though.

    Would it have not failed if I used a VPN to masquerade my location to back home?

    Probably not if it's a full connection VPN (wireguard, etc). In that case we'd see the IP on our billing as your home IP. That's why 'residential proxies' are a thing.

    Yeah that’s smartermail preventing accidental deletion. It basically doesn’t remove the domain from disk immediately so when you remake it goes “nope.”. I’m just finishing up a script to archive such domains.

    PM me the domain and I’ll fix it for you.

    Forwarding by Cloudflare or similar allows multiple aliases to be forwarded to same mailbox but there are times where you need to respond to one of the senders from that alias. Manually creating each alias prior to use is a chunk of work - so was wondering if theres a way to allow the smtp server to allow sending from *@domain.com where * can be an alias ie not created as a specific user/mailbox under said domain.

    Again, use case is NOT for spamming / marketing but legit usecase like responding to a support ticket or whatever pushed to one of the 'aliases' ie caught by the catchall

    Same here. Will just buy one and keep it as-it-is and actually start using it when EU becomes available. So no need to transfer data, etc. Just move us to EU node when available in future.
