I paid for the server, but access is only available through VNC. The server has no internet or LAN connection, so I can’t connect to it remotely. It doesn’t even ping local addresses. Support responds very slowly. So far, it’s been one big disappointment.
Same problem, the ticket support responds too slowly, sometimes I have to remind them several times before they respond

I’ve been waiting all day for a solution, and I still haven’t gotten a response. I haven’t been able to use the VPS since the moment it was created. Honestly, I’m ready to end this relationship that hasn’t even started and request a refund for the service that wasn’t provided. Do you consider this good service?
This service is a disaster! My IP address was changed to another country, and the internet on the server worked for barely 10 minutes before going down again! Two days of struggle and frustration have led to nothing. I’ve requested a refund since the service was never provided.
I am sorry to hear that. I just checked. All is fine on the specific node. We had to change your IP to another IP in the correct VLAN. That's all. Maybe you did some reboots or reinstalls that caused a problem. We can surely look into this. If you have an open ticket, please PM me the ticket ID
@VPSSLIM now IPv6 went out in Estonia 30 minutes ago. Did you change something with those VLANs and broke IPv6 as a side effect? Gateway is not pingable from VPS, and nothing else is:

Support finally got back to me and fixed the issue. They set up a new one in the right location and even gave a small bonus as an apology. It's still too early to judge, let's see what happens next.

I have a similar problem with accessing VPS via ssh (only VNC works), the support takes a very long time to respond, changing the IP address did not help, so I requested a refund. (Support Tickets #429943 - ssh). Correspondence has been going on since 11/23/2024.

Still network issues, a week later... unfixed... nice and they are actually getting worse.
Looking at the mtr's, it looks like you got a network abuser, blasting the port 24/7 and impacting everyone else, I don't know how this is unfixed since a week.
It's under investigation. We've isolated the issue to one node and a few users now.
