  • My bf-4 is still pending, Invoice #1827

  • it won't be me.

  • Took bf-2 to test the network.
0-50 Mbps, sometimes 198 Mbps of 1Gbit. Ping to cloudflare up to 40ms. Timeout is a usual thing. 3 of 7 times, failed to connect via ssh

  • seeing roughly 50% packet loss on my two vms on the epyc nodes for the last half hour or so... seems like something's going on.

Here is is the networking problem that i was facing, and this situation continues.
Using my old IP or a neighbor IP does the same:

It seems when we use the LG announced IP, everything seems fine.
Also, i've realized after my VM was destroyed, my old IP kept replying ping without any other VM already with the IP assigned back again, unfortunately i didn't saved a screenshot.

yeah, the network performance is so bad. It only has a few Mb/s with a high network delay.

  • Can you open port 25?

    Thanks.

  • really annoying that people are abusing the BF deals, really need to ban people abusing the network

I can't get that information right now. now packet loss is 20-50 percent.and I have opened a ticket for issue 10 hours ago.If that helps.

agreed. If you are gonna be evil, at least target oracle or something, so you can look like a robinhood stealing from rich corporations. Exploiting a low end provider makes you look like a cockroach/leech with no honor.

It mostly anti ddos protection cuts packages. I'm facing these problems almost a week now. Small improvements but not fully fixed.

I checked their TOS there aren't the blocked ports stated. Here too.

@DeluxHost The port 25 is really blocked?

  • The vps has been unable to connect, and no one has responded to the two tickets I opened. The efficiency of solving the problem is toooooooo low :(

It's not blocked but don't abuse it. I am already running a small personal mails server. I don't want them to block the ports for everyone due to abuse

    Sure.

something wrong with EYPC nodes. not E5 nodes.

  • Network is super laggy on the new EPYC node. And the virtual CPU seems misconfigured:

Processor : QEMU Virtual CPU version 2.5+
    CPU cores : 2 @ 1999.994 MHz

    cpuid:
    (uarch synth) = AMD K8, 65nm
    (synth) = AMD Athlon 64 (unknown type) (Brisbane/Sparta BH-G1) [K8], 65nm

We are aware of these issues, we are taking all customer VPS down that are reporting CPU and bandwidth abuse, We apologize and we are sure we can solve everything in a few hours, the days will be recovered.

For the problem on the wrong CPU EPYC node just open a ticket and it will be solved, it is just a visual problem.

We do our best, sorry again.

Ok, I opened a ticket but the CPU problem isn't just visual, AVX instructions aren't working at all. I had the same problem with other provider offering Ryzen VPS and got the same poor result, so it can happen.

  • @DeluxHost I can't open a new ticket.
