  • accounts.mxroute.com is currently experiencing downtime due to a fiber cut affecting network infrastructure in Washington. All customer email and hosting services are operating normally - this outage only affects our billing portal and support system.

    Actions Being Taken

    • Migrating our billing portal to a new location due to extreme packet loss
    • Engaging with our software vendor to implement load balancing and failover capabilities for the billing system

    Not the best day for a fiber cut.

    Moving it over to Hetzner for now. I got the license modified now so I can run it load balanced across a couple cloud servers.
