@barbaros said: Not sure about the button but if you are in EU, you can practically ask for refund of server cost and delivery cost. So an average EU customer can buy 30 KS-A servers, check each of them for the lottery, and return 28 of them back. And that's what people do.

Wish I had known that a while ago. Does this apply to UK accounts do you know? and how long is the window for this?

edit: 14 days from order time, thanks

  • Does anyone know if you can exit the "commitment" of a server early? I'm 9 months into a discounted KS-17 from March with a 12 month commitment, but want to terminate it early. Can I do it without any fees etc?

You have to pay penalties based on remaining months or otherwise purchase new commitments with bigger value (subject to approval from their account team).

In short, better use it for 3 more months

I can do that with an existing server no problem

  • I have a KS-LE-E SSD and HDD standard version from a European server room.
I want a KS-LE-E from a Canadian server room or an upgraded KS-LE-B from any server room.
    Can anyone help me?

Inside is my mistake, standard KS-LE-E or standard KS-LE-B, or an upgraded version I'm willing to +pay.

  • I want to tap into the wisdom and experience of the crowd: My 2x480 SSDs have these wear values:

    SDA Drive
Host Writes approximately 947.3 TB written
Host Reads approximately 329.5 TB read
Power On Hours (ID 9): 39,883 hours

    SDB Drive
Written Data: approximately 206.5 TB written
Read Data: approximately 147.4 TB read
Power On Hours (ID 9): 40,554 hours

What is the expected lifespan of the INTEL SSDSC2BB480G6 drives?
Should I reasonably expect (one of) them to fail within the next year?

Yes, you can request a replacement; No, you need to manage the data by yourself
