    What does this mean...?
    1. You paid your friends more than the regular price to have the servers pushed for you.
    2. You paid your friends more than the regular price to have them sell you accounts.

Just to clarify crunchbits , does this mean that some customers got to keep their VPSes at the same billing price and interval? Is it too late to switch to that option, after already having gone with a refund (given that I forfeit said refund)?

Yes and yes, although I'm not sure about getting this offer after having received a refund already. I'm assuming you were one of these:

I am also sorry that some good/non-abusive customers were caught up in the excessive hype unnecessarily.

I did not violate the TOS, otherwise my account would have been shut down long ago. The basic fact is that my service was shut down by mistake, and the provider did not tell me how to solve it except to wait.

English is not my first language. Please get the point. I don't want to discuss this matter any more

I paid the $5 transfer fee.

Don't embarrass yourself. You XJJ can't even figure out the basic facts

dont embarrass yourself. you think its your right to make many tickets just to get a response YET still think you have done nothing wrong.

stop buying machines outside of where you live.

its people like you that made me cancel services that are obviously oversubscribed by MJJs.

What's "MJJ" if you don't mind me asking?

You've been told, it's gone, you're not getting it back.

  • While tickets may be used incorrectly, it's more unfortunate for you to experience provider errors :'(

  • still even the provider error might have been preventable if, after the tickets, he would have just waited.
I think "one ticket for each server" is good, and I can also understand that he wants to know the status of the ticket - but still - weekend and asking 1-60m in 6 different cases is just too much. just ask "please give me an eta of my tickets" in one of the tickets.

and - as many mentioned already - you have been given an answer that the servers are gone, not sure what else you want from the provider.

And I though I am unpatient lol
