You could be more successful with your business though if you change your attitude when using 4,95 € services.

It would be nice to get some clarification. Since you made it public, I think the provider can tell us what was against the ToS (besides a fake address, which I expect...).
I think it's unlikely because this merchant won't care about your life or death. They're very casual

I understand that you lost time installing the VPS. But tbh, if this was really for production, you would have got a notification in seconds and could have run from your backup servers. if your business is also such a high value business, i would recommend diving into high availability..

If the user enjoys drama then he may post the full story but you will have to trust the user. We will not make our brand less serious/accountable by (in)validating made accusations.

I'm also a Chinese, but I was very disappointed to read your earlier post about the unfounded accusations made by user “asen”.
Because some people on hostloc.com/nodeseek.com are actively using paypal to dispute those disappointing service providers (like Virmach). It's true, as they say, that almost all cloud server providers with Chinese as their primary language and catering to Chinese users are able to resolve issues within 24 hours, but that's not an international norm, and obviously “asen” has applied it to you. I need to tell you that in China the definition of rest day is very unclear (90% of the people can only rest one day a week), so he may subconsciously think that the Chinese practice = the world's practice, and that's why he had such a bad experience (mainly referring to the paypal dispute that “asen” used).
I also hope you don't dismiss most Chinese users because of this one person/event, because from my experience so far, you offer a very competitive service (I couldn't even find a service that matches your hardware/network/price during Black Friday)!
Oh yeah, introducing the bizarre idea of some Chinese users:
Not responding to a ticket for more than 24 hours = going out of business or closing down, and this applies to all service providers!

Haha let me guess: you are from China or you were trying to run some fancy blockchain/mining crap and using 24/7 100% of the SHARED resources.
@ProHosting24 is a recommend provider here on LET. My ordered VPS there is running without any problems since they are keeping out such mentioned customers who think they have dedicated resources.
We don‘t plan to ban users for their culture, it isn‘t their fault that the people in china are working up to 46 hours on average while the average in germany is 38.
But what we are going to ban you for is when you start behaving like you are entiteld to something over paying us less then 5€ a month, when you start insulting us, when you start getting impolite or as simple as when you start to cause useless headache like with a paypal dispute which one you are closing then without further communication what intentions you had.
I travel a lot to very different countrys and one of the first things i like to do is to check on what behaviours are appropriate and what could possibly insult someone.
As a provider i can tell you that french people most of the times like to send you messages in their language instead of just switching to english.
And i can tell you about our chinese users that most of them are extremely impolite. They open tickets demanding free ip changes without further explanation because of your great firewall issues, they almost always use symbols like !! or also like to send messages in Caps lock. I undestand that the chinese cuture doesn‘t really care about other individuals and only respects their related people and friends, and i don‘t demand chinese users to change their views for us, but we will not continue business relationships that harm our business by providing very affordable plans to people that deserve them the least by the way such users are treating and abusing us.
And the last thing to add, we always refund money back to suspended users as we don‘t want to have such users money, both via stripe or paypal.
You would need to have very big issues to actually rely on chargeback or paypal dispute with us.
We store expired services for 14 days, your data isn‘t deleted. There is just no one that wants to work with you on your ticket.

If you want a VPS, you can register on their site, and open a ticket asking for the VPS. While it is out of stock, they're still manually reviewing requests and provisioning manually. It's just that the floodgates are closed.
On the other hand, @ProHosting24 any plan for blackfriday? :P Will it be anything cheaper than existing genoa lineup you had? Sorry for my cheapstake ass xD
Can I also ask my VPS be moved to maybe a different node? I see my yabs giving slightly slower speed everyday for disk. It used to be 100MB/sec and now it has gone down to 78MB/sec and so on. I have the Genoa M lineup.

Well @ProHosting24 is a chill dude even when out of stock, I could still get a couple of vms. My whole kubernetes stack is currently running on PH24.
Maybe because of the translation, my point of view expression is biased, in fact, I am very confused about the behavior of the user “asen”, and as a matter of fact, some Chinese users do have the problem of abusing paypal dispute, as I said, if the ticket is not answered within 24 hours, they may be think this service provider is incompetent or going out of business. This is really puzzling.
I have been using the service you provide for two months now and so far I have not found a merchant that can match what you offer, in terms of stability, performance and price, you are my hero!
Another note is that he obviously wanted to use LXC-NAT for re-selling, that's why he said your handling of it delayed his business, hahahahahahahahahaha!
Here is a suggestion for you. For IPs blocked by the Great Fire Wall, there is a fee for changing the IP (you can use ping.pe to detect whether it is blocked by the Great Fire Wall, usually the Chinese node is at the bottom).
Lastly, I would like to say that the behavior of some Chinese people really lowers other people's impression and perception of Chinese people.
For example, some people are “self-centered”, “don't care about others”, “I'm the center of the world, you have to provide me with 24/7 service, even if I only spend $1”, this is sick. .
As a Chinese I scoff at it, NOBODY KNOWS CHINESE PEOPLE BETTER THAN ME (Beacuse i am)!
Unfortunately when you order via ticket there is no CPU warranty, and it is not mentioned in the reply post here.
I ordered Genoa some time ago but I got the milan epyc cpu instead of Genoa. Maybe I was unlucky lol. Customer Support offered a refund but I chose to keep my vm this month to see how the quality is.

I don't think all chinese users are bad. I made a few Chinese friends from different forums and they are extremely polite and respectful. It's unfortunate that you faced bad actors from there.
