Also regarding this - I see lots of different timeframes - may you please specify it? Also, it will be the best to contact us directly, so we can help you! :)

What error are you getting? I just checked VNC on my test VM via WHMCS Virtualizor Addon, and everything seems working - both node03 and node04

I wrote to you in PM, and also made a request here in the topic. Is it possible to get an answer to my question, as well as information about the approximate update dates according to the bonuses described here. At the moment there were no problems in the network, but yesterday there were nuances.

You mean 20.11? If so, yes, we informed about that upper on the thread - it was mainly caused by the (EDGOO/GTT), but we sorted it out! Checking dms :)

@Chunkserve It's a bit of a back and forth in the DMs. I'd appreciate if you check the last couple of messages and finalize this for once and all

I replied to you 3 minutes ago, you just replied. There's no purpose of posting a comment right after messaging me, I'll be more happy to assist you, but keep in mind, that I'm not a robot! :)

  • Order Number: 7788004728
Additional 1GB RAM or Double Bandwith will be better.

  • @Chunkserve VNC is not working.

  • Working fine on my vps in node04

I was not referring to our recent conversation, but from yesterday, been asking that question since a couple days now, but probably you've missed them and I didn't get an answer, so I just wanted to clarify it with you.

Anyhow, I understand LET DMs can get messy quickly so as requested I've created a ticket and asked the same question in the ticket.

    @Chunkserve VNC is not working.

It is worth solving this issue, because this problem exists. This issue affected me too - I looked at different subnets - Emirates - 31.59.x.x, and also the Netherlands - 191.96.x.x and vnc actually does not work. I checked through 3 different browsers and excluded problems with extensions in them, they were completely disabled. Therefore, I think it is worth paying attention to this.

  • Its probbaly helpful to note down what node you are on. I am also in the 31.59.x.x subnet in Netherlands and that is working fine for me on node04

I have the same node as you - Server: node04. Perhaps there are some restrictions on connecting to VNC by geo country and this connection is blocked. From which country are you connecting to the server via VNC?

  • Weird. Today I noticed the cpu usage on my vps (1c) is always >75% usage with 'top' but when I sort my processes according to %CPU desc it doesn't add up. Usually it was around 10%. Does this mean there's a cpu steal ongoing with my host?

  • Please restock vps thanks

  • additional rom already gone? It's been a week and still hasn't been processed

Connecting from a Scandinavian country and tested through my server in Germany, both worked. Yes geoip restriction might be a reason, where are you connecting from?

No, shouldn't be the case. I checked CPU usage on the nodes, and steal shouldn't occur.
I see that vm under your account is constantly draining 100% of CPU resources; I can help you with that - shoot a DM/ticket.

It can; It's freshly leased subnet and some databases are still processing GeoIP update - we messaged couple of them also, but it needs time. @mcs may you try doing the mtr to node04.chunkserve.com? We can soon try swapping the node v4 / doing vncproxy :)

Apologize, it was my script that causes it -- a while loop that never meet the broken condition lol.
CPU usage is back to normal now. Thanks for the confirmation
