This is exactly what I've been telling you all the time. It's not your client who's under investigation - it's you. Specifically, your own transaction from crypto to fiat.
So what exactly do you expect your client from India, or anywhere else, to do? His "papers" are as good as mine or anyone else's, given that there wasn't any KYC prior to the transaction. He didn't even send money to your bank, you did.
