So, not gonna name any names, but I will say it here as a piece of fiction. A story about a boy who opened a hosting company and once scammed a fellow hoster for 22k.
This boy then, saw the money is good and decided to keep it and bullshit people about ten different stories with ten different versions. This boy also had some wannabe as friend, who knew a little bit of networking here and there and used the money obtained from the scam to pay the wannabe. The wannabe was happy, his tummy was full and he was sleeping well.
Again, this boy had to get services from somewhere, so he used the stolen money to pay for his services.

Both the wannabe and the boy's provider knew about the fact that the boy stole such a huge amount (around two decent cars worth). However, none was disturbed. Money with unknown origin entered the boy's company as stolen money, then exited the boy's company to the wannabe and provider as clean, legit, known-source money.

I'm not a lawyer, but couldn't this be accounted as laundering money in our little boy's story? Where you take dirty money via crypto and get them out squeeky clean as payment for services.
Could the wannabe and the provider be considered moral persons and trusted?

Of course, all characters are made up and this is a purely fictional story, having nothing to do with real world characters or situations. Have to make that disclaimer just in case Not_Oles has any disciples left in the Staff.

  • I don't think he should be banned because I would miss his occasional posts adding more gibberish to the story.

  • Tell me who your friends are, and I will tell you who you are. Beside of this, yes, we wants some BF deals.

  • I'm genuinely surprised the police aren't involved tho.

    • "I'm trying to post an update about this in the next 1-2 weeks, there are some things that move... but i m still waiting"

We could hear every tick-tock of the clock since then.

TL;DR I am not reserving the rights of this being authenticity or false, is a purely fictional stories, w/o names involved.

@zmeu I know you're friends with AndreiX, and you're from Romania, if you still have such a big mouth, it's better to meet in real life, with my lawyer I'll show you all the evidence , Defaming a company leads to the possibility of being sued for the recovery of moral damages, considering that you speak without knowing it, I would rather meet in real life, convince yourself of the problem with the 20k USD, and and I find out you real name , not a nickname from internet "zmeu"

Yeah and scamming leads to the possibility of going to jail (at least in countries that have a working justice system). Your comment is totally delusional and shows that you have zero intention of being anything less than a petty scammer.

Finances consider that there is no client and that I am using my company to mask a possible fraud, and it is about me, everything took a different turn.at the moment it is no longer about the customer. That's why I still don't have an answer to all of this

That's pretty funny actually, it looks like their fraud detection was spot on!

Usual LET: when there is no new drama, but attention is needed until Black Friday, just warm up some old leftover soup to stir more drama to create activity.

This is what LET has turned into, trying to reach a new low-end every year.

@zmeu, why are you hiding your real name now? When I say I want to meet in real life, I’m not joking. You accuse me of stealing money without any proof. I wanted to meet in person to show you the evidence, but you refused.

You are defaming me both personally and professionally. Expect a summons from my lawyer in the mail.

To those reading this thread: I don’t want to be the bad guy, but @zmeu has gone too far. Because of him, I had to reveal things that I wasn’t supposed to make public yet.

The story is much more serious in the background, and some like you @zmeu don't understand this , so I'm invite you to enter this wonderful party , to give more statements to onpcsb . They are very happy to hear your problems, much more than users from LET

EDIT: onpcsb = Oficiul Naţional de Prevenire și Combatere a Spălării Banilor (english v. National Office for the Prevention and Combating of Money Laundering)

  • Funny, tell them about what you did a couple of minutes ago into my Facebook account. Give me right now your phone number in private.

Please shut up kiddo and focus on repaying the money you ""lost"". I hope someone turns you into a meme, with that attitude you deserve it.

@zmeu if his lawyer ever mails you anything, reach out to me and I'll cover your legal defense.

Does he want your lawyer to take this case? did you talk to him Or just give his name on the internet randomly? This would mean that you are violating him GDPR
