Should LET ban iHostArt ?
A couple of months ago, a customer was made a payment of more or less than $22K in crypto to get a service on a prior time for a customer of a customer-- a middleman of.
As we know, or others knowns, that was never delivered or providing a statement on how this service will be provided or if the income got it after that payment was made for the service if will be refunded to it's customer.
For many people a crypto income it valued as a $1, worthless, a scam, but if you are a little bit mature and getting in line with it, you'll find out that even a worthless crypto (or a $1 worth of Bitcoin's) was already exchanged in money-- such as EUR, USD or RON.
Since Donald Trump are the new President of USA, the crypto regulations was changed even in Romania, and as I've seen in the others discussions that crypto payment was made on batches of $2.5K to evaded taxes, and by that means he already knew it what is gonna happen if you take a large sum in crypto, and since that money was already in exchange state it become a valid invoice, a valid payment was made, it doesn't matter what the provider itself it do afterwards.
I've seen also there on other thread that in a couple of weeks he wants to provide a statement but I might think its not gonna happen so quickly and I am requesting this to avoid any continuity on this forum, to refer others companies, shady ads, childish situations, etc.
Please be mature, and w/o ChatGPT. :-)
Thank you.

Yes.

No , that it's one of the big problems , what makes the situation even worse, I gave GoSSD Hosting all the details from the name of the bank to my private client ID Number from my bank,my full name , all my company details and he don't replay with this
so the whole bank situation is now blamed on me, because I made that money by selling illegal things on the internet, for now I can't say more, but it's a very complicated process
But you are selling/renting/giving/etc Servers in Cloud for customers, you provide invoices for services you provide, how they can think that you run a illegal business on the Internet ?

Read a little European and Romanian legislation related to crypto, if I had put the money in the stock market it would have been a different story, it is solved with a simple statement/proof from the stock market and the bank contacts the stock market. Here it's not about stock market that it s big problem
And because @GoSSDHosting don't contact my bank make this a big problem, again , still not enough for write here
I vote "No". A fool and his money are parted easily. Buyers should do their due diligence before paying lump sums via irreversible payment methods.
@zmeu I know you're friends with AndreiX, and you're from Romania, if you still have such a big mouth, it's better to meet in real life, with my lawyer I'll show you all the evidence , Defaming a company leads to the possibility of being sued for the recovery of moral damages, considering that you speak without knowing it, I would rather meet in real life, convince yourself of the problem with the 20k USD, and and I find out you real name , not a nickname from internet "zmeu"

If you're such willing to know me in person we can make it possible just texting me back in PM. And regarding of defamations take a look closer into the thread itself, and pay more attention where you're going. You have no trademarks. :-)
bruh
Interesting, it’s definitely eyebrow-raising.
Imagine accusing someone of stealing 22K without ever involving the authorities.
