It's a $5/yr vps, not worth the effort. It's fine everyone is moralizing and patronizing but capitalism says just refund the unhappy and replace with 435609684 other chinese customers, who were buying these vps 10+ per person.

In our offer there are 3 different CPUs that are selected in a fully automated way according to the freest node available.
According to the offer, we could manually change nodes daily for all customers at will, but we do not do this because we have internally decided not to do so.
What makes me very angry is always being attacked, it almost seems as if the users are hiding there ready to leave as soon as they find a defect, forgetting however that the service they have chosen costs €10.00/year and had a doubling of the free annual fee, therefore €5.00/year.
By now the problem is solved, let's move on....

In the absolute form, if we want, based on the offer we can change the CPU to users even on a daily basis, the fact that we don't do it is our internal choice but if we want we could do it without having to declare anything and rejecting all the accusations.
I decided to intervene in the specific case because I told the customer that he was lying when it wasn't true and only for this reason did I take improvement actions towards him.
So again, no, there will be no compensation.
@Dasabo Honestly, my advice to you is: Stop repeating that you're the victim of anything. It makes you look bad. Instead, just be apologetic for deploying a bad script, for not thinking that it could have been related to the script you "just" deployed once this thread was made instead of attacking the guy and for, in the first place, accusing him of lying.
You're on the right track already, but you're not really a victim here. Just take full responsibility and then people will move on. Ending each otherwise good message with "but I'm a victim too" dosen't make you look better.

When the event started, someone pointed out that the CPU mentioned in their copy did not match the actual CPU received (3700x/3900). They didn't admit their fault in this incident.Didn’t the merchant know the facilities they used?

Later, dasabo had network problems again, people were dissatisfied and then agreed to the refund request.And informed that they could no longer buy their products after the refund.
Today, the OP found that the CPU of the server was replaced. Dasabo felt that OP was slandering them and wanted to ask the administrator to ban the account.
Even if they found the mistake, they still said that they could change the rules to replace the CPU at any time, but they did not do so.

Since the CPU specifications are mentioned in the offer, it seems that all necessary information has been provided to OP. However, offering a few months’ bonus as a gesture of goodwill could reflect well on @dasabo and help further reinforce the provider’s positive reputation.

In all seriousness, it is true that lowend providers who didnt mention CPU specs mean no guarantee on CPU.
Even then, bait and switch after user obtained their VM is not looking good at all.
Correct, in fact the change of its CPU was not wanted and it was not done manually, we had a problem with the deployment script.
Once I realized the error, I publicly apologized to the user and proceeded to manually move him to the original node.
Fortunately this error has not affected many users and we have already put a resolution to it.
