  • the fact that this 'rapidroot' fellow has only member status says a lot about this situation
please buy services from reputable companies if you don't want to go through the risk of losing anything

  • This is a fraudulent company. It's been a month since I bought it, but I only have less than a week to use it. When I submit a work order, they insult me and delete the work order in seconds, without giving me a chance to keep evidence.

  • Totally scam, devoid of any kind of knowledge, even the Virtualizor licenses are on trial.

It's funny how almost everyone here is a suspended user at RapidRoot.

On our plans it is indicated FAIR USAGE on our bandwidth.

What is the "Fair Usage" limit? Why not specify that in the plan instead of saying Unlimited?

If you dont define Fair Usage and instant ban user without contact and tell them when they surpass that "Fair Usage" , it a scam.

Its same as "We offer unlimited bandwidth but if you used more than 1tb/m , you are banned"

The user that created this post has used more than 20TB in less than a week. You can call me a scammer, I don't really care about that, but using that much bandwidth in just a week isn't that very suspicious??

It is very obvious what "Fair Usage" means. It is meant to be unlimited but not use the bandwidth for bitorrent or any softwares like this one that just simply "mines" internet.

Just set a limit of 10TB/month or whatever on the plan then.

Because you advertise Unlimited and there no define of Fair Usage that mean the define go to user , so if user say 330TB is fair usage , it not wrong. Your fair usage and user fair usage is different, that why we need a define on ToS or FUP so either user can use under fair usage limit or you as provider have a valid point to warn and ban user

If your ToS or FUP dont mentions anything about File Sharing or Torrent , then user can do anything they want related to that.

20TB/w is bit warning yes but it 10Gbps port , it like user just use max port 10 min per day for week and it already 20TB/w

  • It is obviously about the provider's actions. He directly deleted the vps, without warning or suspend at first. It this a responsible style?Plus, floods of promotions filled the channel, and with very low uptime,is that a style of reliable man?

  • lol what a sh*t show

  • Just consider using a proper hosting provider instead of one man shitshow z-trier
mentally immature scam """provider""". My Hetzner machine makes about 80-120TB taffic each month, no one gives a flying fck.
