• post proof of your vps ownership
• YABS? YABS. (if any)
• did you do anything funny with your vps?

Hello dear Chinese customer!

We have discovered a high bandwidth usage over the last few days on your VPS which lead to thinking that you're abusing of our services, like some customer said in the past "I have only downloaded some movies". All Chinese customers are interested in such high bandwidth usage. We do offer unlimited bandwidth, but they are fair usage, as all providers provide. If I could have the permission to enter a customer VPS, I would show everyone what Chinese people are doing specifically on their services.

A good educated guess given the above infomation is that OP is either using this as a proxy, or accidentally created an open proxy, or the credentials got leaked. Most Chinese using overseas VPS are for proxies to get around the GFW.

Edit: I am not saying OP is wrong here, I am just providing context on why so many Chinese are seeking for vps. OP, if you are indeed running proxies on your other servers (if any), check your logs and maybe update the credentials just in case.

and everytime when you choose a new service provider, try to use WHOIS domain first, if the domain is already registered for like 5+ yrs, than you will know it is more stable, if the domain is only registered like 4 months, than I think in most scenarios, it is not a reliable provider (Rapidroot domain was registered on 7.2024)

I paid my bill and used it for days but one day the server is not reachable (globally). I tried to open support ticket in discord group but they didn't do any reply. meanwhile there were a lot of guys saying in group that that their vps can't be connected

If a dispute is filed using Paypal, it will take almost 30 days to receive a refund.
