I have 5, don't really think I qualify. Really just boils down to the ones I've gotten at good deals and don't want to drop.
Em, I have not answered the original question. I have more than 15 VPS right now, but I don't consider myself a victim of BMV syndrome since most of them are not idle. So I voted a "No".

my BMV was getting annoying, so many to keep track of was an issue, then I had atleast ONE down daily for some random NONSENSE.. it got old, now BARE essentials only...
