In case anyone is wondering, this has long been resolved now.
Even with todays downtime we still have 99.9% uptime on the DirectAdmin Singapore node and 99.98 to 99.99%+ across all our webhosting offers. Considering the price, I'd call that respectable.
I don't want price to be an excuse for a subpar service, the aim is to provide top level performance and reliability and I think HostBrr is managing to do that. With that said, people do need to get realistic expectations. Do not be a reseller that claims 24/7/365 support with 30 minute response times when you rely on people that do not claim such a thing.

JetBackup on their server cpny1.hostbrr.com has been malfunctioning for the past 20 days, and despite repeated tickets, they haven't addressed or resolved the issue.
Error details: "Failed loading panel preload information. Error: adminbin JetApps/JetBackup5/panelPreload: exit 255."
Their lack of responsiveness or willingness to fix the issue is highly frustrating.

I don't see any open ticket on this. I know it has been a issue last month but was resolved. I wasn't aware it was acting up again but I'll look into it.
