Cloudblast disabled IPv6 and advices to remove it from VPS.

@yoursunny Go ahead and list it.
It's temporary and we are working to bring it back, but yeah at the moment is not available.
Any reason why?
We are working on a better integration on our console panel in order to assign /64's (It's just how they are managed internally to the platform).
Soon we will release a major update to the platform with few new features and that fix as well.
Spoiler: Scaling, Promo VPS's plans, Global Backups, Global SSH Keys.. etc..
Alright. I hope it will be released very soon. If it takes months, I’ll be gone for good. I also don’t appreciate that you just pull the plug out of it at midnight without any prior notice.
I’ll have to deal with it, but it could been have handled better imho.
Have been in discussion with them about this (and mentioning it here) a few months ago. They don't seem to be capable to fix it, so they removed it altogether. I think adding features to their portal seemed more important to them.
The thing about their portal is just bla-bla in my opinion; I was assigned an IPv6 address range, so if they really wanted with some manual intervention the routing could have been fixed. At one point I even had IPv6 connectivitiy to a very limited number of hosts (e.g. Google DNS), so it's a technical (routing?) thing - IMHO nothing to do with their portal.
Great, any refugee offer in EU that can match Cloudblast’s offer? I don’t think a shiny portal is more important than working connectivity.
Don't know about it now and what your specific needs are - but if it is IPv6 connectivity (and it was for me), just avoid Cloudblast. Even if they get it working, my impression is that they are technically incapable, so a risk for the future. Based on the discussions I had with them.
True, but not all people need the same thing, and we are trying to address all requests the best we can.
We have more requests for the Scaling than the IPv6 connectivity for example.
Basically free to test our services
, that's the best part of our product, we never charge 1 year in advance. you can test with a fraction of a penny, at any time.

Sorry, but you can not just flatout drop IPv6 without any prior annoucements because people ‘prefer scalability’.
I will stay until I find a new provider. Then I’ll be gone. Sorry, but you are promoting IPv6 with all your products on your website. I honestly never had a provider who made decisions like this so easily.
No IPv6 hall of shame
Include IPv6 for no extra cost on every plan in every location to get delisted.
Hello!
Are there any Black Friday sales planned?
@cloudblast There are more providers only offering IPv4, so I have decided to not make a too big deal of it if it is temporary. It seems the peering still is great, so I will not be too hard on you.
But please, no more surprises. It will be better if you announce these kind of decisions on forehand. This kinda of caught me offguard.
