1gservers has poor service
I bought a dedicated server this morning, and after activation the IP is not connectable in mainland China, which means I can't use this server normally. I submitted a support ticket, and after two hours they only replied that they would help me inform Tier 2, and nothing happened
Maybe because it was the middle of the night, they were slow to respond to tickets, but I was wondering if they could give me a refund if they couldn't resolve my issue?

lol. just because it's not accessible from your country, doesn't mean the service is poor.
and you can read in FAQ :
no, your internet provider has poor service.
It's that the previous user of this IP got it blocked by the GFW, not necessary 1gservers's fault here. You can request a IP change, but it is not guarenteed that it would work. Blame the previous user for polluting the IP, ig.
If you cant change the IP, your best chance would be to host some generic normal website and wait for GFW to unban you
If your plan is to run a proxy, you can deploy xray and hide it behind CF if you must...
