    I left because even now - route building is not suitable for me, and the delay is still significant. I need good access from America and Mexico, which I do not see even testing remotely now on my previous IP and your mirror. I should have initially taken a good look at this issue before ordering the service, but the tempting price and the inscription limited supply, as well as the impossibility of buying the service directly without resorting to additional settings of the browser, VPN and other things - made me spend time on something else. Also, there was no point in buying a service from you for a month, since in neighboring branches there is the same offer with better resources for this price. And it was only advisable to buy such a service for a year, having one year free. But this is not my first year on the forum and now I understand well how to refuse a service if it initially does not satisfy all the necessary needs for yourself. Good luck to you in developing your business and always try to work on the needs of the user, this will return to you with a large client base in the future.

    Thank you for your feedback, this is what we constantly try to do even though we are constantly attacked for everything.
    Don't think that this hasn't caused a lot of stress in us today, we have worked tirelessly to identify the problem and solve it.
    The patch will now be tested during traffic peaks but should be permanent.
    We try to do our best and we feel bad when something doesn't work and our customers complain.
    But as we have already said, we do not tolerate impatience, fortunately (for us) very few customers have decided to leave us, and for us this is a cue to demonstrate the quality of our service once again to everyone else.

    As for network quality, the connection from NJ, USA to the VPS is excellent—around 160-180ms with 0% packet loss.

    If Dasabo adds cryptocurrency payment options in the future, I would consider moving all my hosting services there.

    If Dasabo supports cryptocurrency payments, it will be good news for people outside the EU, as they will not need to bear high credit card or PayPal transaction fees for their purchases. (And PayPal charges an unbelievably high fee for merchants.)

    I believe this decision could help Dasabo's business grow.

    Another piece of feedback is that the website pages aren’t mobile-friendly enough. I think this should be scheduled for improvement.

    Well, the ping considering the BGP is not so small, although this provider does not have a very well-developed peering network. But the fact that there is no packet loss in America now is very good and you are lucky, since I had significant losses from Texas, Dallas, Miami and some other places. And the route was built by very long paths through 19-20 points and more. At the moment, I looked at the has packet loss decreased and in the ideal case is 15 points, the losses have also decreased, but they still remain. True, in one point, where there were losses before, they are now gone. Let's see how the working conditions will be in the future from the outside, I am interested in this question from the point of view of whether I was wrong with my decision in the future or not and the provider will be able to finally establish a good service.

    Exactly, we have decided to ban all impatient customers precisely because we are not here to play games.
    Ban obviously only for those who requested a refund after 1 day of purchase.
    We will process the refund and they will be denied future purchase of our services.

    On the one hand, if the provider improves the work, users may want to test the service again. But of course, this will not be in a month or two.     I agree - Although it may seem harsh from OP, but It ain't aggressive answer to customers who reported packet loss. It is for impatient customers who bought a VPS for EUR 10.00 @ 2 Year (as good as 2-4 Burgers).

    No one is hosting any production services on these VMs (Atleast as of Day 1/2).

    OP has already acknowledged to be having issue. He is working on it & even ready to compensate with 5 additional days of Billing. But Burger Kings are still on a rant without much to lose.

    I would have still understood the situation if OP said "We dont see any issues from our end & there is nothing we can do about it". Then you can go on rant against OP. But that is not the case. So if you hate the service, OP or situation, just take the refund & move out. Just like you dont want to do deal with OP now, he doesnt want to deal with you (Impatient Customers) forever. I see its a fair deal.
