Typical confusion created by the use of meaningless gb5. Performance is ok for a single thread of 3900. Full core is 1200 gb5.

They said they won't return the money for my order. They almost call me a liar here (saying I never sent creenshot to the support), and the fact that I was going to write a negative review here was called threats. You have a bad experience with the hoster and you want to talk about it - you are a terrorist!
And my ticket was closed and no one is helping me solve the problem and does not want to help even here. The service is disgusting.

That's gb6, numbers are different compared to gb5. That's why I'm strongly opposed to using gb5 "just because gb6 can't run on 1Gb ram". It just adds confusion and has basically zero value because numbers to compare gb5 are not easy to find in 2024.
I've also had some friction in the process initially, but my reasoning was enough I guess.
Well, they can treat you differently and yes, the provider may not return the money for negative reviews. As well as if they did not like the communication with you and they considered it incorrect - do the same. If you are right in a technical moment, then such an attitude will still not make the provider better and it will lose customers in the future. But you also cannot unreasonably complain about the provider and you can give it time to fix the technical issues, if possible. If this cannot be fixed in any way - then nothing can be done, you need to refuse the service by any means. If the provider refuses a refund, you can always raise a dispute in PayPal or through your bank account and you have time within 1-3 months to do this without problems and return the money. In some cases, you can return it after six months if it concerns PayPal. But of course it is better to try to resolve this issue more peacefully with the provider, if this is still possible. The moment will also have an impact - how many people will request a refund at the moment and whether the provider will want to return money to everyone, since it bears transaction costs on this account.

So i used it fine yesterday. Then it broken, I asked for help did what support asked to do and sent screenshots they asked did it again (like all tech commands stuf) i said i did it already they asked again (so they did not sayd i did smth wrong just copypasta prev responde basicly)
Then i asked for refund and they refused and after that i wrote bad but honest review
It's a shame that they do not know how to treat a customer well

I can only imagine the stress on you. However, I am concerned if this just broke now or if it was a degraded service you tested a promotional offer with.

and the promise of a reward for the patient here is also quite funny. While this is my very first purchase with your company, I am not so impressed. I have another purchase from another provider and it just felt more valuable than this one (tested out of the box). I guess I already count this as one unfortunate buy.
Can only hope and wish you success and that you can find a solution and meet trusted customers' expectations.
The problem only arose today, so no joking or testing done on a degraded service.
