I found through LG testing that the IPv4 connectivity seems very poor. Has it been attacked, or is it just the nature of the route?

Why is it that I always incorrectly fill in the NS1 Prefix and NS2 Prefix? Why is the purchasing process designed to be so complex that I cannot purchase anything?

Not being able to type "ns1" and "ns2" into a literal text box then calling it a complex order process is peak comedy

Putting useless fields as mandatory content is what I think is a mentally handicapped businessman. This doesn't help sales at all.

I buy from other sellers, maybe there is this field, but there is a default content, and the user does not need to fill it in to place an order, which simplifies the purchase process, which feels great. This is because this field is useless to both the seller and the customer.
This hosting seller clearly doesn't care about its customers.

@Dasabo i am surprised i requested a refund request but your support says i have accepted your payment terms meaning I won't be refunded???

So as i have clearly stated, upon selecting Ubuntu as an operating system it has already taking 7.29GB of the 10gb and your team says to choose another OS instead. Unfortunately cloud stick is what i know how to use to manage the sever and it only supports Ubuntu. I explained this already.

What can i do with 3GB that wont require an upgrade? and your team wont refund.

Despite the affordable price, the performance of this network seems unacceptable.

Although the promotion discount is very nice, seeing the bad network performance, I would not like to pay it now.

    Hello,
    I just checked your tickets.
I saw that Alessandro replied to you proposing and not (forcing) you to use, for example, Debian because it is lighter in terms of space used.
Later you said that 10GB of space was not enough for you, didn't you know this before buying the service? It is your job to know how to use the service provided correctly and it is our job to provide it as quickly as possible, which is why your refund was rejected.
I hope I have been understanding.

Interesting question and angle! so to answer your question NO I DIDNT know 7.29GB will be consumed sir! If I knew does it make sense that I would have made such a purchase???

Debian isn't an option as cloudstick doesn't support anything else other than Ubuntu.

I understand the inconvenience. But my intention was to get something that can serve me.

Please Make a refund and feel free to deduct any charges you may have incurred... but sincerely I wont be needing the service. Even if you refuse to refund, I wont be renewing so whats the fuss bro?

Again, thanks and apologies for the inconvinience.

Just process the refund and let everyone move on. Hopefully I check your future offer bro. No hard feelings here.

    Hello,
we are now speaking the same language...
Answer the ticket and we will see how we can help you...

There is nothing to answer in the ticket again, or was there a question I missed? I requested a refund and you said no... What response do you want again.

Just process the refund and let everyone move on. Hopefully I check your future offer bro. No hard feelings here.

I told Elena to reply on your ticket and propose a resolution :)

    Hello,

There is always a solution to everything, we strongly believe that asking for a refund because our nose itches is never the right solution, but the best way is through discussion, we have sometimes processed refunds even though we were not supposed to do so when we realise we were wrong.
In your specific case I realised that the problem was just a matter of space and as you see we found a good compromise :)
I hope you enjoy our service. :)

    Thanked by 1Michael_adewale
