Comments

  • Not sure about DDoS protection as it wasn't required for me but their network has always been exceptional to EU and APAC, have always been able to oush 9-10Gbps no problems across my 10 servers. Had some from last BF sales and ordered a few more storage nodes a month ago.

Vps deals to come in the near future! Stay tuned for those and our big giveaways.

We also should have some smaller e3 and atom systems coming soon.

E3 127* series with 32GB or 64GB RAM 4x8TB HDD 10Gbit 100TB out would sell like hot cakes under 90 USD similar to hostingby.design and host dzire.

Dallas was available a few hours after the post went up, but gone by the time I got around to ordering.

  • @PureVoltage

probably no chance of having four (3.5) HDDs on the Dual 2690v4?

Your WHMCS only gives the option of two HDDs (or as max two NVMe plus two HDDs plus two SSDs).

Would be a lovely machine with four HDDs and two to four NVMes in a good location.

If you open a ticket they can normally do custom builds and should be able to assist you.

  • I would love to see you guys do something like ReliableSite's Intel Specials

Dallas was available a few hours after the post went up, but gone by the time I got around to ordering.

Dallas had only about 40 of these systems in stock and it blew out quickly.
We have some more just as the default stock we should be able to deploy shortly here. Shoot us off a sales ticket and we can get some more deployed for Dallas!

Got one of these last year, their network is staggeringly good for the price point of these deals and their support is significantly more competent and responsive than a provider I pay quite a lot more for at $dayjob.

Regretted not getting two last year, fixing that now!

    Order #1020578626

    bump

Server got provisioned but still 200TB - bandwidth upgrade please.

    Looks good now, thanks!

Since it seems that the yabs doesn't show the networking part in the link. Here is the output from the iperf3 tests when running yabs.

Some of these speeds can get even higher if running individual tests with different settings.

    iperf3 Network Speed Tests (IPv4):

Provider Location (Link) Send Speed Recv Speed Ping
    Clouvider London, UK (10G) busy 1.42 Gbits/sec 69.8 ms
    Eranium Amsterdam, NL (100G) 8.58 Gbits/sec 8.23 Gbits/sec 76.7 ms
    Uztelecom Tashkent, UZ (10G) 2.84 Gbits/sec 1.33 Gbits/sec 159 ms
    Leaseweb Singapore, SG (10G) 1.76 Gbits/sec 1.91 Gbits/sec 287 ms
    Clouvider Los Angeles, CA, US (10G) 2.71 Gbits/sec 2.81 Gbits/sec 69.1 ms
    Leaseweb NYC, NY, US (10G) 9.39 Gbits/sec 9.39 Gbits/sec 2.22 ms
    Edgoo Sao Paulo, BR (1G) 5.70 Gbits/sec 2.13 Gbits/sec 112 ms

8Gbits to AMS is amazing. I managed to get extra 1Gbit to every location tuning the kernel. I get over 2-3Gbits to everywhere even AU.

Haha, I was left out so please:

    Invoice # 2024-11-01-33335

Also I don't see an option in Whmcs to increase bandwidth at $35/100TB, do I need a work order to request this additionally?

Will you be doing E3 or similar servers? I'm interested in a BGP server (I don't need that much bandwidth)!

I'm in NYC and my cost per kWh is ¢30.62 which I believe translates into like $27 a month for a self-hosted E3 server, so maybe it's worth it to just rent. :(

Just thought I'd follow up before I commit to just buying my own hardware
