Does Cloudcone still have a support department?

I recently topped up my Cloudcone account with funds over 20 days ago, but the balance hasn't been credited and my account has been blocked.
I was informed that I have multiple accounts.
I followed up with a support ticket that was automatically created by the system, but I haven't received a clear response.
I have been a Cloudcone customer for approximately four to five years and have consistently used the same PayPal account to pay my bills.
I do not have any other accounts.
This ticket has gone unanswered for over 20 days.

I've been checking in almost daily asking what I should do.
So... what should I do?
