The problem still isn’t resolved, and my VPS remains completely non-functional. We’re now going on 4 days without a working server. It’s all timeouts, packet loss, and zero connectivity. Essentially, my VPS is still down, and nothing has changed.
The worst part is the total lack of communication from HostSlick. No updates, no estimated resolution time—just silence. I’m incredibly frustrated, and at this point, I’m seriously considering moving to a more reliable and professional provider.
Mine is offline and has been offline for days.
Web does not work, not able to SSH in, does not reply to ping..
For what it matters, I bought mine just a few months ago, not 2023..
Do we know how that feels.
my VPS is also down for days.
I signed up in 2024 in summer, without the Blackfriday promo and my VPS it's down/ doesn't even exist. Please check ticket #575521
This is more of a VPS node. Hosting plans seem to work.

I've had mine since 2022 and there has been no downtime until recently but like @beadcf said looks like its online now.

My VPS is from the BlackFriday 2020 promotion and is still offline. We still don't know the ETA.

After 2 VPS crashes with data loss impacting the same server. Now it's been offline for days. A bit frustrating but it happens...
However, I wouldn't mind a bit more information.

Remember those as if it was yeserday! The Sup2T was the last upgrade we did on the 6504's, long gone now though. They were solid devices!
Same problem. Got a VPS in June, was happy until now. Can't SSH in, even confirmation email for ticket wasn't sent.

My vps still down, all three of them
In their statement, they write about 2TB NVMe drives... this sound to me like consumer stuff, as enterprise / datacenter SSD / NVMe are eg. 1.92TB or 1.6TB ( with higher write endurance ).
In the announcement he mentioned that VPSs will function again last night but my VPS is still down .... This Friday we will celebrate 7 days without service 👌
Same, I lost 10+ VPS from the RAID array failure (7+TB of data). But I am good idling customer, so I don't file support ticket to bother provider
A bit concerning, IMO. 10 euros credit and 1 month free service as compensation doesn't seem like a lot, considering the extent of this failure and the inability to fulfill promises to customers.
Plus, I'm on an annual plan. So does that mean if I got VPS in June, I don't pay again until July?

There's an update on the site that says that the node will be back online by wednesday
I think it's the same as 'last night' mentioned earlier as Wednesday was yesterday

i read the update a couple of hours ago, you're right
