  • Question, @cloudblast. Fomo Crew is your mother business, a third party investment company or..? Wondering what it is. A quick Google search tells me it is a crypto marketing business. Iโ€™m always interested who are the owners of a business. :)

Forbidden? by which rule? (without counting the fact that we are based in UAE, not in EU).

And I'm pretty sure that most of the cloud providers do the same.

We are not a wallet, the balance need to be used for our services, not to keep your money offshore.

The opposite of what we do is money laundering.

If a customer have funds on his account and decides to withdrawal them, cause he don't have any services with you anymore, then you need to withdrawal the funds from his account to his BANK account or credit card without the bonus funds. No matter where your company is registered, if you sell your services to customers from the EU you need to follow laws from the EU.

There is a rule in the EU that a vendor should withdraw a deposit when the customer asks for it.

(without counting the fact that we are based in UAE, not in EU).

OK, basic trading knowledge: if you want to trade in a country, you have to follow the rules in that country. If this is your attitude, stop trading in the EU.

And I'm pretty sure that most of the cloud providers do the same.

There is a difference between most cloud providers who work on a subscription base, and you who work on a deposit base from which you can use whenever you like. Basically, people can make a deposit, not use anything, and the amount of money is just "sitting" there. With a normal subscription it isn't. Again, basic trading. Basic economics.

We are not a wallet, the balance need to be used for our services, not to keep your money offshore.

    If looks like...

It's not what you think you are, it's what the regulations say you act like, i.e. what you are according to those regulations.

If you don't want to deposit, simply connect a credit card and use the POSTPAID billing. At the end of every month you will be charged for what you used only.

Depositing is NOT mandatory on our platform, and if you do, you accept our Terms and Conditions.

Would be curious to know the "rule", just for curiosity.

And these rules will not change: we will never help random people on the internet launder their crypto. :)

We do withdrawal in certain cases (like your @Calypso), where we even refunded the 100% of the amount, including the used credit. But that's evaluated case by case on request.

We generally (if the copyright request is serious) inform the customer and wait for an action.
