Finding a VPS that Ignores the DMCA

I'm looking for a VPS that doesn't care about DMCA.
Requirements: 4C (7950X) 9950X is better
8G memory
Disk cannot be less than 100G (NVMe or SSD)
Minimum 1GBbit unlimited traffic
My budget is $15-20 per month,
I will buy it in early November and pay with USDT every month

    We do not respond to most copyright-related complaints and pass the information on to the site owner, with the exception of complaints from authoritative sources (government agencies, courts, etc.). In any case, we treat this type of complaints with tolerance and understanding.

    We block an account only in extreme cases and with prior warning, except for violations of our company rules detailed below. Depending on the situation, we give 2-3 days to solve the problem

    It is forbidden on our hosting:

    • place viruses, exploits, botnets, and redirects to them;
    • place child pornography;
    • conduct any kind of SPAM (incoming and outgoing);
    • conduct any activity that may result in blocking IP addresses of the company's servers and/or putting them on various blocking lists (e.g. SpamHaus, StopForumSpam, SpamCop);
    • host various scripts that scan networks and sites to find vulnerabilities, password mining, hacking, etc;
    • host various fraudulent sites, as well as sites that distribute and/or promote drugs.

    We are negative to any activity that interferes with other hosting customers. In such cases, we will be forced to temporarily suspend the server.

    Our company is loyal to various complaints, but in case of violation of our rules described above, we may block the site and/or account.

    Germany won't ignore the DMCA, right? The one I'm using now in Luxembourg is OK, but the line is a bit bad sometimes, so I want to change it.

    With that budget you won't find easily 100GB NVMe for 15 monthly, specially for your purposal.

    Check our websites, but it don't fit for all your requirements. We do have Ryzen 9 VPS ;)

    Theoretically, the DMCA can send them a request, but they can legally not respond to it as they have to abide by Russian laws. It all depends on the mood of the company manager at that moment. There is no way for the DMCA to penalize them if they ignore the request. US laws do not work here. Only through a court in Russia. Then the court issues a ruling. It is not done at the snap of a finger.

    They probably just brush off such questions in the negative so they don't bother you and don't do what they don't need to do.

    I can understand it as, just buy it and use it, don’t think about anything else, right? If there is a DMCA issue, it depends on their mood whether to handle it or not, right? If I can get your affirmative answer, I will be mentally prepared

    Something like that. If you are not satisfied, then go to court in Russia, hire a local lawyer, pay money and wait a few months. Physically come to the court hearing.
