    with such a CPU, it will be difficult to get a VPS that DMCA Ignore
    I suggest it is better to buy 2 VPS, namely a normal VPS and a DMCA Ignore VPS
    A normal VPS with the specifications you want, then proxypass to the DMCA Ignore VPS

    Buy a server that fits your needs and use altrosky @justaguy in front of it.

    With reverse proxy, you dont need backend with DMCA Ignore. You can use normal VPS for backend. with the specifications you need above, it will be easy to get, I think.
