We are not a bank, and refunding partial deposits (especially to a different payment method) it's not the ideal for anti money laundering regulations. Try asking amazon to refund your balance to any of your chosen card.
Amazon doesn't call the gift card balance as a "deposit".

As they say, they are working on it. Almost for 6 weeks now (at least that I know of). And still no solution, they are unable to fix it. But still they advertise with IPv6 connectivity.
That's why I warned about this earlier in this thread.
This thread clearly states "1x IPv4". We're working to solve the ipv6 issue.
