    This user is the owner of Life Cloud Solutions (formerly Liga Hosting)

    Sorry I forgot what's his account ID here in LET.

    The general idea is: I rented several servers from them. Two of the servers became completely unusable before the due date for payment, and two others were never delivered to me. Given the undelivered services, they effectively owe me about £700.
    After waiting for several months, around two months ago, they compensated me with an independent server from Velia, a 7950X, saying it was a one-year compensation for my troubles. However, this compensated server became completely unresponsive in less than half a month.
    They wrongfully attributed attack records from the IP address of that server, which was used over a year ago, to me. Since then, they have ignored me and not resolved the issue.
    To summarize: I haven't done anything wrong; I've shown plenty of patience, but I have been treated unfairly and have incurred significant losses.
    (I used ChatGPT 4o mini to translate).

    They are incredibly cheap, and there's only one explanation for that: either they're for charity, or they're scammers. Obviously, it's the latter, and they don't support PayPal either.

    For anyone that may miss it in all the screenshots.
    OP is being blamed by Ionel (Ligahosting/LifeCloud) for an attack on a server that happened in 2023 when OP has been in possession of the server for 11 days.

    Ionel disabled access to the server & has now been ghosting OP since the 16th of August.
    When OP posted this entire thread on the OGF he received this response from Ionel.

  • Ah yes, the ligma host.

    Ok - let’s clarify one thing.

    If there’s any SRL involved in a scam, fraud or whatever - try to make a petition to our ANAF via emails. They will be glad nowadays to hear such things.

    If there’s no resolution from our Government then you can post anything you want in online.

    Good luck and I hope next time you guys take a good advice. :-)

    @zqxinran

    Since you are not familiar with Romanian abbreviations:

    SRL = LLC
    ANAF = IRS

    Anti-Fraud notification : https://antifrauda.gov.ro/w/contact/ or [email protected]

    If you go that route, send the pictures + a transcript ( text ). GPT can do Optical Character Recognition on images. ( OCR )

    As others pointed out, next time do some research.

    Remember, If it's too good to be true, it probably is

    Approximately 9 hours ago (at 21:59 on October 4, 2024, UTC+8), I received an email, as shown in the screenshot, informing me that I was permanently banned due to a violation. I also discovered that I was removed from their Discord channel.
    At the same time, I want to thank everyone for their attention and comments regarding this incident. I have learned a valuable lesson from this.
    Lastly, I want to say that I am exposing this fraudulent service provider just to remind everyone not to make the same mistake I did.

  • Additional Information: They are already accustomed to deleting chat logs and history to cover up the truth. As long as you're in their Discord channel, you'll notice that over the past few years, they have repeatedly and selectively deleted messages in the channel. As for their service provider's system, both the previous company and the current new company have wiped or reset the services lists, order/billing records, and tickets records in the system multiple times.

    Why do people even bother with the mostly .RO bottom of the barrel trash, masquerading as providers competing with AWS, when in reality, they basically are a one-man show operating from their mum's basements on Cloud street in Cloud city trying to make a quick buck doing shady stuff? Pfft! :lol:

  • I guess op chance to get server or money back is very low...

  • I am wonder how many did (or tried) to find who is this guy. All servers are resold from a Germany company, where in the past we had the same issue with their Romanian customers. They are actively there and I hope they see my message. I reported you guys for 10 times and you choosed by not suspending their activity.

    Do you have an invoice from them, if yes, please post it here.
    Blur out your name/adress on it, leave the rest of the details visible

    THX @zmeu

    This invoice is essentially between a customer and no one — you might as well have had Santa Claus listed on it, and it wouldn’t make a difference.

    Even if you were scammed and tried to take this to court in the EU, it’s worth less than the paper and ink used to print it. It wouldn’t hold up in any court, even if it had a value of 2 trillion USD.

    In short, you’ve essentially paid for a service from no one. ( They might as well have written Microsoft, Amazon, or IBM - no difference at all )

    If an invoice doesn’t include proper identification of both parties, it’s essentially worthless

    For an invoice to be legally valid, it must include key details for both parties involved in the transaction (the seller and the buyer), such as:

    The company’s full legal name
    Registered address
    VAT or tax identification number (where applicable)
    Buyer’s name and address (if required)
    Description of the goods or services provided
    Date of the transaction
    Invoice number

    I get that some people value anonymity and prefer to pay with crypto or whatever, but at the very least, the invoice should have real, legitimate information. You don’t need to have graduated from Harvard or some top-tier business school to understand that.

    The only thing you can really do is make forum posts like this. (I do encourage you do as other have a heads-up ).

    Beyond that, honestly, zip-shit.

    Also, if you don't provide your correct information, don't expect a refund. I'm curious how you'd explain to PayPal that your name is "Neo From The Matrix " when you're asking for a refund?

    If you still choose to go down this path, then own the fact that you might end up with nothing.

    Best thing is that guy has no idea what is the name of his company.
    Life Cloud Solutions [footer]
    Life Cloud Solutions Liga Hosting SRL [invoice]
    LifeCloud LLC [tos]
    LIGA NETWORK SRL [according to Calin and linked database of RO companies]

    Not a single red flag, everything fine :-D

    Whois for domain is redected/privacy :<
    Do "they" own any IPs/ASN and we can whois that? :D
