PFA = Sole Registered Trader License.

There is no way in Romania the you can issue an invoice on a LLC and take the payment on a different LLC or person. ( extremely rare cases, this is not one of them )

This is the invoice sent to me in Feb 2024 for renewal of the service that had been offline and nonexistent in my account since November 2023, so obviously I didn't pay as it was clear this company was a scam at that point.

Based on the history published by ANAF he shouldn be allowed to continue the business since 4 or 5 February 2024.

So, your invoices was legit until February - by continuing to invoicing is fraud.

Now, next invoices he makes are also frauds - it doesn’t contain business informations, are using different companies for merchants.

What it should be an alert for those who allow him on such forums is invoice numbers. :-)
