Looking for stable and reliable server providers.

Configuration requirements:
CPU: 8C or above
Memory: 32G or above
Storage: 2TB or above SSD or NVMe
Location: USA or Germany
Price: around $20 to $30 per month
Payment methods: virtual currency or credit card

Need a dedicated server, not a VPS.

Can you find stable and reliable server providers at this price?

  • In that budget you'll find anything but stable or reliable. Up the budget, and go for Hetzner in Germany and reliableS in US.

    Check out our VDS packages (Germany)
    https://my.racknode.net/index.php?rp=/store/vd

    It’s hard to find 2TB NVMe or SSD at your price point, but we have some great options that might work for you.

    Payment Gateway ( Crypto , paypal , credit card)

    I am currently using Hetzner. I previously had a machine with a failed hard drive, resulting in data loss. Hetzner's prices are indeed cheap, but the IO performance is average.

    Buy a machine with Nvme then. A couple of them if you want and put them in RAID-0, or RAID-6. The kind of speeds you will get will be unbelievable, 4 of good gen5 NVMes can pump out 45 Gb/s for you. Just to note 100 Gigabit uplink is 12.5 Gb/s

    The website is not profitable, so I need to consider cost issues.

    Is your software custom? Try to optimize then and go for less expensive and shared options. For instance if you got psql db try to migrate to sql, it's lighter and more comfortable to work with.
    Or if you have a monitoring solution, log less and eliminate all the things you don't need.

  • youll only find a vds at that price.

    If Austria is close enough to your liking and you find a few more euro's in your budget, then see the current "Fall Sale" Thread for MyRootPW.

    Example Config: MR23
    * E3-1230v3 (4c,8t)
    * 32 GB Memory
    * 1.92 TB SSD
    * 25TB @ 1Gbit/s
    * Location: Vienna
    50 Euro / Month - Just 37,5 Euro / Month (Use Code: AutumnSale2024 )

    Want to get the monthly cost a few euros lower? Then we can talk about a one-time setup fee to reduce the monthly cost.

    Price information is excluding VAT.

    2 TB of a non-HDD storage is impossible with this budget, let alone from a trustworthy host.

    Here's the closest NVMe storage offer within the "~$20" budget from a reliable provider:

    But this is not a dedi, has less disk space, cores, etc.

    RAID6 requires a minimum of four drives.

    RAID0 will be fast, but N times less reliable than a single drive. N is a number of drives in the array.

    @Clouvider .

    Thanks for the mention!

    We wouldn’t be able to match dedicated at this price (in any location - power prices got up over the last year dramatically).

    Should the budget be upgraded, or the requirements changed:

    https://www.clouvider.com/vps/

    Clouvider has premium network, and reliable faster support. That's why I recommend. I am currently happy customer of Clouvider. That is. 😉
