I found a problem.

Many people think that this is an excellent provider, but I don't know this provider. No one can say that he is not good. If I repeat the facts, some people will attack me, including the moderator.

    For example: you mention the moderator here. But it's explained why you are not following normal rules. And what do you do? Start a new thread where people have to guess where it about and only whining about you're being mistreaded. Grow up.

  • I found that there seems to be no freedom of speech here. First, there was a problem with the server. I asked to change it, but no one ignored me. Secondly, since no one took care of this matter, I asked for a refund, but no one ever came. I spoke out my problem, but it seems like I have violated the law of heaven.

    JFC you were already told that they have 7 days for a refund, according to TOS/rules you accepted. What is the problem this time? Has 7 days passed?

    If you communicated with provider with the same broken English like here don't be shocked that it takes more time to understand what you want.

    Can you like buy from a local provider that speaks your native language?
    Also read the TOS before buying if 7 days is too long - BEFORE BUYING.

    If they see the ticket I sent, they can reply to me, so that I know they have seen it and will deal with it within 7 days. In addition, I feel that you may be a child.     I think everyone is an independent individual. Some people don’t argue when things happen, and some people choose to stand up. Of course, this is not talking about me.

  • I think you need to learn patience. When I've contacted Amazon for a refund on a product, they have told me it can take up to 7 days to receive this, it is very normal to wait up to 7 days for a refund.
    I have a VPS with Advin and have contacted their support a couple of times and never had an issue.

    Creating 2 discussions about the topic in a 24 hour time span helps no one. Furthermore, spamming their support with tickets doesn't help. You need to realise that small companies don't have unlimited resources and mistakes can happen.

    If you don't get a response within 7 days then it would be reasonable to kick up a fuss and in that case I would suggest contacting your bank to issue a chargeback.

  • Maybe in your country, there is a misunderstanding about the word work efficiency. In my opinion, time is life. Being responsible to customers is also being responsible to yourself.

  • I don't allow employees to do work-related things during non-working hours, but what they have to do during working hours is to serve customers well, which is their job.

    If you buy a Rolls Royce, you get Rolls Royce service. You did not buy a Rolls Royce, yet you still expect Rolls Royce service. You would be happier paying high prices at Amazon AWS.

    All this nonsense about free speech, how other people's countries are confused, your life is ebbing away with every passing second, etc...people are going to take that as a teenzge hissy fit because you're being so overdramatic.

    How much money of yours are you waiting to have refunded and how long have you waited?
