This is LOWENDtalk, their is a reason these providers are able to offer the performance/price ratio that they do, they have to cut corners somewhere. This often means having a small customer support team.
If you need instant resolutions to your issues then you need to be willing to pay more for those kind of services, take a look at AWS, GCP etc.
If you need your money back this quickly, then I suggest being more responsible with your cash flow.
Advin has already mentioned in your previous post that you will receive your money within 7 days as per their TOS, but from what I can gather you gave Advin less than 3 days to get the money back into your account.

Their TOS states 7 days for a refund, you've waited 3 days, nothing happened to you. The worst thing that has happened to you is having to wait 30 hours for a response to your ticket. You have essentially made 2 discussions within 24 hours over slow ticket responses.

Didn't I make it clear enough? ? I saw that their terms of service require waiting, and I sent a ticket to make sure they see my refund request. Since they did not respond, I cannot be sure that they saw the ticket and started the 7-day processing.

It's probably best that you create 2 more threads on LET, spend the rest 3 days arguing, create 4 more tickets and then get your refund the same date and time that you would had you enjoyed life in the meanwhile.

Like I said, you have made 2 discussions over slow ticket responses. Just because you haven't had a response within 30 hours, it does not mean you have been scammed. Furthermore, creating more tickets about the situation just gives their support staff even more work to do, which will delay any responses further.
Advin posted a clear response in your other post stating you will receive a refund within 7 business days, but you made this new discussion for some reason.
Patience is a key skill to learn, especially for a business owner.

I didn’t mention this provider in this post. I said that the commenters and moderators should not have different opinions from them. Otherwise, I was wrong.
(If it wasn't Advin) They could just say they started processing and not actually do it. To me, that seems worse, does it not? As long as you get your money back within 7 days, why does any of this matter? You're entire argument rests of the premise that you're in the right. You're not. You're impatient.
If you want 24/7 support, pay the additional premium to a company that guarantees it otherwise take a number and get in line with the people who aren't being squeaky wheels.
Think about this. He had to take time to respond to you here (delaying other people's tickets) just to go back to the ticket queue and answer tickets in order. You're literally getting in your own way in terms of resolution and prolonging something that might otherwise already be done.
Advin acknowledged you. He'll process your ticket like everyone else (you don't get special privileges just because you came here to make a spectacle of this) and you'll get your money back according to his policy.
There's nothing more to be said.
