Account sharing?
* We allow multiple IPs per account, and encourage you to share your downloads with your friends and family. We just ask you to not share your private links out in the open to avoid them being abused. You can read our terms of service for more information.

Is this safe?
* We don’t keep logs, we don’t track you, your location, or your IP. No metadata about torrents are stored permanently either. Our privacy policy is pretty awesome and goes through nearly everything.

How can I pay?
* We allow paying for subscriptions or one-time. Payment methods are PayPal, crypto (all major coins), Cash App and PerfectMoney. You can read more about payments here.

Can I access Usenet?
* Yes! On our Pro plan you can download usenet files from your dashboard, and for the power users out there, you can use our own Usenet server to plug into your own existing Usenet client such as SABnzbd!

What file hosts are supported?
* Nearly all of the popular ones. There are some still we are working on adding, but you can read more about what is and isn’t supported here.

Will I get banned on my private tracker?
* No. TorBox seeds back, with unlimited ratio. We use qBittorrent, and make sure we hold up to the rigorous standards of even the prickliest of trackers.

How fast are we?
* We use enterprise NVME and all of our servers are equipped with 80Gbps uplinks to ensure your files are downloaded as fast as physics allows!

We do not encourage remote peering, but do support IPv6 so perhaps in future we can partner up on an IPv6-only network once we get space laser cross-atlantic transit.
