the stocks ran out so quickly, I decided to see what kind of VDS you have in sales, especially because @dev_vps since took it upon myself to test it. First of all, I can't understand why MaxMind blocks orders from real people only by IP address. While on vacation, I tried to order a server using my real data but with an IP from a country other than my own - the order was immediately blocked. I wanted to try again, blocking it again. Now it's no longer available. Well, at least I decided to check the services for the fact that you've been on the forum for 2 weeks and haven't disappeared and they seem to write that the servers are working. So the servers ran out because of mass orders or it was a limited promotion for one day.

What I want to say is that although the equipment is not new, it works quite well. For the price you reduced, this is a pretty good offer. I was surprised only that in terms of processor performance, both in single-core and multi-core mode, my performance is lower than @mw and @dev_vps. But perhaps the node is now more loaded than before. The speed is decent and this was the main reason why I decided to try your vps. Now we will test routing and all other aspects for work needs and if everything goes well, we will order more. So far it looks good and, frankly, I did not expect this at the beginning of the conversations in this thread with you. I also understand that payments are built into the iframe and this is a standard setting in vhmcs and you did not embed this code, but the appearance is a little unusual and you do not always trust the record that all data is saved during payments. Although it is clear that the js script leads to the stripe page, but the transition does not occur, the payment is made immediately. This is also a common thing in the modern world. But a logo with the trustworthiness of this platform will not hurt. What I want to ask is the only location you have is Houston?
@jure12 Late reply here. I think I posted about this but on the Optimal Web Hosting thread. We currently offer Houston. We chose this location as it's network quality, performance, latency, jitter, and availability is superior to any location we have tested in the US. We may add more locations, but will take time and a lot of testing to discover the best quality DC locations in US, EU, and ASIA comparable to this (it's going to be hard to reach this level almost anywhere).

Why did you cancel? Did you get privacy invaded? Did you get abuse or spamming warnings? We do not know because of anonymity and privacy and respect that. However it's cowardly to attack us regardles, we admitted mistakes and corrected. There were reasons why we responded as we did, and it was rash and quick to prevent AUP violation and potential malware on the network, we keep AUP in mind and network clean. Sure, we had errors, mistake, even computers have errors and crashes, and AI have hallucinations errors. You expect 2 errors to be justified to try to destroy otherwise good company with good intentions?
None of the above. I’m not using this thread as a support ticket, and my personal choices regarding which hosts I keep versus cancel aren’t relevant here.

Concurring with customers who have had their own experiences with your company, and finding evidence regarding these experiences do not constitute an “attack.”
When and where did you admit mistakes or correct anything? Merely promising not to snoop or change root passwords in the future (if you ever even made such a promise) doesn’t mean you’ve actually upheld that promise.
This isn’t about “two errors” (which I and others regard not as errors, but as conscious, unethical decisions). It’s about how you’ve responded to people rightfully raising concerns about your decision-making faculties and ethics as a company. Nonstop spamming, calling people trolls or toxic, replying to nearly every comment on multiple threads. A hosting provider that’s worth its salt would not react in such a manner, nor belittle or try to defame the people raising the concerns in the first place.

That is the worst insult I shared, toxic trolls, yes. I feel insulted, and call it out. It's not a personal attack, it's a result of being attacked and insulted and being defensive, yes. But what is the definition of trolling?
Ok start by an example yourself! If you have the courage. Or keep anonymous, fine. But know that if you have problems with us, you can address it with us and we will sort it out. Instead of blasting insults and allegations in LET.
