My dear hater, I flag your message too. If you want a reliable service in Romania, it will costs you around 20 EUR but you are there trying to find the cheapest VPS ever ($2 bucks), because this is all you got in your pocket -- in the end you get what you want buddy, garbage services.

LET is not a forum to solve scammers and save clients and process refunds.
Provider needs to be permanently banned and thread closed. It is about the principles of the rules and about respect.

His tag is removed, so he can’t scam here anymore. Banning him and closing the thread won’t make any difference other than allowing him to resume scamming on other forums once the thread is buried enough.
I beg to differ most forums maintain some kind of quality with the kind of providers they allow to post offers.
Such kind of garbage basement providers are only allowed and sponsored by LET which indirectly leads to loss of other people who place their trust on such providers assuming the community has done due diligence on the provider.

A simple thread Calin scammed me of 22k$ would be enough to be kicked out of the community.
Plus banning him would make people visiting his offer threads stop buying from him and show that the community has rejected him as a provider

Actually he can. Nothing denies him to contact potential victim via PM. Of course you can report it, but it is cumbersome (take screenshot, create ticket...). He still can scam people

Actually moderators are right not to ban him. According to the selling rules of this forum the provider tag is removed for "questionable practices", a step which was completed. However, a ban is not issued for scamming people, just provider tag removed.
If the user would spam people with offers via private message, that would cause a ban according to community rules; but as things stand, the provider should not be banned.
In light of this I take back my request for banning the provider. Scamming is not included as a reason for banning into our terms, therefore the scammer may stay as a member of our fine community.
