I appreciate the feedback, and our 24/7/365 support is already doing its best on that. My duties include a lot of other things than support, and those duties are being completed (we have checks and balances in place).
Yes, like someone else stated here below, @emgh's participation can be interprated that way. But I believe it would've been better if you took the high road. If every influencer responded to everything, what of a mess would that look like?

You're very selective in how you read and comprehend what's posted, ignoring the essence of the argument. Are you doing this on purpose, or is that just some sort of defensive mechanism?
How do 8+ days make it any better? If anything, you should be doing it right for a client with an 8+ day outage, rather than arguing about "don't victimize me, it's not two weeks outage yet".
Let's repost it, replacing "weeks" with "week and something", if that makes you feel any better.
This is the key point people keep telling him, but he simply doesn't get it. It's not about slow support, it's about taking care of the service he's selling.
The problem is always with promo clients, unrealistic expectations, and other excuses, while in reality, it's about him not doing his own part.
And god forbid you complain after week and something of outage in a ticket because the next step is passive-aggressive: "We're canceling your service, here's your refund, now gtfo" as all this would be your own fault. What a jerks.

He’s also continuing to purposfully leave out that I posted a good review of them years after my initial DM. I also never sent any job application. That’s not true either. I also didn’t get refused for being a child, I never got answered and didn’t bother actually sending in a formal application.
In conclusion, just another post of fabricated lies to discredit me and my character. It’s simply not true.
If openly discrediting someone by repeatedly lying about them is okay in a review thread, then I have some questions about if that’s okay for me to do in their next offer thread. I’m not saying I will, it’s not a threat, I’m just pointing out the logical flaw in continously not acting when it’s all just fabrications.
I have hoped that it will stop at some point, but clearly it won’t without intervention, and I don’t think the intervention can be to close a bad review of HostHatch simply because he’s derailing it.

You see, it's pretty easy to say that instead of dealing with client who's been waiting over 8 days for someone to respond to him regarding his service downtime, so he can use the paid service again.
