Unfortunately, it is not possible to change the promotional tariff, only to switch to another tariff.

Once you purchase a virtual private server (VPS), you will be assigned a static IP address. This address will be permanent and will not change, ensuring a stable connection to your server.

ipv6 addresses are temporarily disabled. We apologize for any inconvenience and will try to restore ipv6 as soon as possible.

Yes, our IP addresses are original, clean and residential.

  • Yes, our IP addresses are original, clean and residential.

Thanks. I used to think that your IP was residential, but after getting one of your VPS, I checked the IP in ipinfo.io and detected it as a "hosting" category.

You're not buying a proxy. It is normal that the IP of VPS has the hosting attribute not a residential one.

Not arguing if the IPs are residential or not, but ipinfo.io hasn't been much accurate lately. Some local ISPs here get detected as Hosting, for example Init7 in Switzerland.

as he said in his message "original, clean and residential", so I said that.

Also for your kind information, many hosting providers can also sell residential IP block with their VPS, but sometimes they charge extra, or sometimes they just give for free. I have few vps provider from asian countries, which gave me residential IP block with the VPS.

  • Hi

Is there some sort of firewall up that I can't see? One on control panel says I have no permission and RDP doesn't connect and I'm not having this particular issue elsewhere

    Any idea?

Wow and now I can't even ping the server, can't ssh from my end with UFW disabled, no firewalld installed. I've reinstalled countless times due to similar issues, used 18.04, 20.04, 22.04 and 24.04 including trying different servers from Russia, London and Netherlands. Definitely pointing the finger now lol

Can you sort asap or just refund the entire account pls ID is #870024-214165. A lot of time wasted :'(

And ty in advance, your support team doesn't seem helpful at all (no offence) so if you could personally help then that would be great!! <3

Thanks for confirming that.. I can't work out why as this is the only place I'm struggling to set up I've just checked all my others today (other providers) and none have randomly broke.

I've spent days now trying to get it to work think it's something I've done versus the other places I've set up where it takes about 30 mins. It seems to go haywire as I connect remotely to a gui but before that it all seems fine.

I am happy to dm you my login details if you fancy having a look  no data on there so what's the worst that could happen
