    Hi

Is there some sort of firewall up that I can't see? One on control panel says I have no permission and RDP doesn't connect and I'm not having this particular issue elsewhere

    Any idea?

Wow and now I can't even ping the server, can't ssh from my end with UFW disabled, no firewalld installed. I've reinstalled countless times due to similar issues, used 18.04, 20.04, 22.04 and 24.04 including trying different servers from Russia, London and Netherlands. Definitely pointing the finger now lol

Can you sort asap or just refund the entire account pls ID is #870024-214165. A lot of time wasted :'(

And ty in advance, your support team doesn't seem helpful at all (no offence) so if you could personally help then that would be great!! <3

What location did you chose? IPv4/IPv6?

Hi I've tried different locations Russia, Netherlands and then London and all IPv4

Weird, I'm using multiple of their locations and all of them have been working flawlessly, including Russia. Haven't tested NL & GB though.

Thanks for confirming that.. I can't work out why as this is the only place I'm struggling to set up I've just checked all my others today (other providers) and none have randomly broke.

I've spent days now trying to get it to work think it's something I've done versus the other places I've set up where it takes about 30 mins. It seems to go haywire as I connect remotely to a gui but before that it all seems fine.

I am happy to dm you my login details if you fancy having a look  no data on there so what's the worst that could happen

Could you try reinstalling to Debian 11? I'm sure that template does work (although I still strongly recommend anyone to just install their own O.S with self-uploaded ISO)

    Thanked by 1eb1995
