Unfortunately its a lot more expensive then before, I got my account charged with €5 at the time to try your Spot VM's for testing purposes.
First I couldn't create any VPS even though I had credit, this was solved by support pretty quickly after an e-mail.
Now they have gotten more expensive to the point where lots of offers on LET will be cheaper for equivalent or better hardware.
Post a few months ago mentions:
Now we get 4 cores and 4 gb of ram for €4,50 on a VPS that can get terminated at any time. Looks like its no longer worth it.

how reliable this service? I understand from your first post that, you aggregate cloud providers and offer service, are all these services spot instances? I don't want spot instances, how it works? Can you tell me a service in Europe where I can create upto 25 VMs, with 16 GB RAM, 100 GB storage, 4 core VMs? Also I need option to clone the instances, IPv4.
