Hard to judge but quite likely not true/premise error. To make such a statement, as well to contradict it, on solid grounds one would need to have data of many deals/transactions Calin made - which neither you nor I have.

my bet is either bank will send the entire transactions amount back to your crypto wallet/provider if they found any fraudlent activity.
I never heard bank conficating (forever) amount recevived if there is no government order to do so. Even if that is, the entire account is freezed in such cases.
What did @GoSSDHosting do? did they went to file police case in their country? or they let go the entire amount. (donated to Calin)
