Exactly! Very rarely do people get it on the first try. I’m impressed.
That's not a problem with Namecrane but myw.pt's license expired, anyhow I spent 20 minutes or so and made a new install, it is just URL shortner so not a big deal for my use case.

I did lots of manual backup and restore today to have a clean and fresh start, I hope NameCrane does not stop their services for a few decades, I only need ffmpeg support in php for which I already opened a ticket. It is 2:20 here, time to hit the bed! All the best guys!

This is some amazing support and I'm glad it has happened.
I don't know MikePT and never used his services, so I'm looking at this from an outside perspective. But, I have seen his posts over the years on LET and haven't heard of any issues that I know of.
So let's put this into perspective. It seems he had good intentions in running the business. It didn't work out. But, I don't see it as a scam. Is he being punished? It seems he self punished himself financially (paid for a month out of pocket while low on personal funds) and seems to be publicly punishing himself. So, if that's not enough for you and you want to pile on, I guess it's your prerogative. But, how much did you really lose? I've had some lifetime deals many years ago and I was annoyed when it shut down, but at the end it was an isolated event and I stopped doing lifetime deals because of it. The way I see lifetime deals is that it's the lifetime of the entity - until it's sold or shuts down or infrastructure goes away (looking at you crypto).
@MikePT why don't you go back to your parents house? it's a free rent and food (and money)

You've received many of these types of posts and messages already, but take stock of your priorities.
You have to take care of yourself, otherwise you can't take care of others. You tried a business venture and that's more than what most people are willing to risk, so good on you. It didn't work out and unfortunately, that's part of the risk. But, it seems you've done as much as you could to try to do right by the customers, so another good on you.
Did you buy MyW?
I think I'm doing pretty well at it. You might notice my lifetime just went back up to $199 to compensate for demand. The better it sells, the more it'll cost to keep sales of it down below other packages.
All I've done as of right now is pay the bills. Me and @MikePT have worked together and known each other long enough that a quick trust based save was appropriate.
This makes me a little bit emotional (in a good way). Thank you for your kindness @jar 🙇♂️

Sure. Late to the news after some off-screen time over the weekend, but it looks like @jar took care of it. @jar if you need anything (servers? space? anything useful from my side at all) definitely willing.
We don't have any shared services though, if more backup space is needed or some server space to keep the actual nodes up definitely let me know.
