LIRs offering ASN registration and prefixes with RIPE, are you allowed to register one for non-europeans? (I'm based in Canada)
Looking for an ASN for development purposes (anycast+dns+bpf), ipv6 is enough for the moment, will announce at Vultr.
If not, I'll just finish setting up my ASN with ARIN and use that instead.
From what I remeber ARIN will be cheaper in the long run if you need IPv4 as well, but RIPE allows out of region registrations but you need a justification from what I remember.

Reading the post i am wondering: Are we talking permanent or temporary transfer? (Or just an assignment/allocation showing your organization?)
@SGraf it will be a temporary transfer since I am leasing it from a provider but it will be for s full year and plans are to continue it on continue basis since most of the ips will be assigned to the servers and ipmi ports.
This can be done, as long as the usage is policy compliant (wich it appears to be). Just send me a ticket/mail for details.
