Final Statement
After much consideration, we have decided to treat the $20K as a business loss. We acknowledge this as the consequence of our decisions, and we take full responsibility for it. We fulfilled a portion of the order a week back and will complete the remaining deliveries soon using our own business funds. In the bigger picture of business, $20K is not a big amount, and we’re choosing to move forward and absorb the loss. We refuse to let this setback hold us back any longer. Our commitment to earning and maintaining our customers' trust for every single penny far outweighs any small issues like this.
As for Calin, we leave it to the community to decide whether he scammed us or not. Let this post serve as a reference for any potential clients of Calin, helping them decide if they want to work with him.
If the funds are truly still locked and, in the future, if the bank releases them or if Calin needs further information from us, we will always be available to cooperate. Should he return the funds, we will definitely update this post and bring it to a fair conclusion.
We’d like to extend our heartfelt thanks to everyone who stood by us during this conversation, especially since we haven’t been regular participants on this forum or had much interaction with many of you. Your support has truly meant a lot to us, even though we haven’t offered any free VPS deals!
With that, we close this chapter and leave it to you all to form your own conclusions about this situation.
P.S. We can’t wait to see some epic memes of what Calin must be doing with our $20K. Let the creativity flow! 😄🎉
Some pieces aren't quite fitting together here, but ok
Time for @Calin to start planning the next vacation 🌴☀️
@calin knows what he is doing!
The end is nigh.
Here you go sir
Looks like @Calin went for the perfect victim.
Now it's only a matter of time until the next thread of this kind pops up.
easiest almost tax-free $20K ever
gossd and calin must compensate for our popcorn purchases too....
how much have y'all spent on popcorn and pepsi as of now?
@Calin ....

Regardless of what you think, I will try to give you the missing 20K. I do not need free money or the problems that this brings to me.
Thing that you cannot / do not want to help me out with the documents that my Bank asked does not mean the 20k will just be unlocked to me.
This is a problem for me also.
I might have not known of the implications of such a large transfer, that is my fault, but you did not do much to help this situation out.
If you think that this problem ends with you just saying good by, think again.
As there are multiple identities here mixed, India, Egipt Turkey and Romania i dont think that it will just go away on its own.
Again, this is not the solution to this situation.
Please stop clowning around. They do not need to help you out with any documents at all, given it was clearly specified from the beginning that no KYC would be mandatory. You moved $20,000.00 of your funds to your bank account, so it is your obligation to provide the necessary documentation. The arrogance is incredible.
im more of a chips and cola guy so ..
Or just fulfill the customer's order, one way or another
The Solution is refund or providing services. Now that he gave up services, only thing you have to do is refund
Exactly. Has anyone seen any proof that any funds are actually locked?
I can't even locate any proof in his previous rendezvous over $4,500.00.
As far as I am aware of Coinbase's compliance procedures, they do not lock people out of their accounts, they limit their ability to withdraw/transfer and raise a ticket with the customer to provide documentation. None of this was shared in his previous case either.
he clearly told you he cannot KYC before sending money and you agreed to it.
ok, this is something I have never seen in my life. But if you say you have used personal bank accounts for limited companies in Sweden, who am I to question that.
@EndlessGravity
Interesting reply, I have to say the most from my point of view.
Can we agree on the flowing?
A - Calin had zip shit idea that the transfers will be locked by BT Bank.
B - He's crypto skills lack experience
C - Also he is not up to date with the financial market in RO, nor with regulations that change pretty frequently there.
D- @GoSSDHosting did not do it's homework, for god sake guys, this is really on you, I would have tripple checked even my MOM before paying her 22K for servers, no offense.
Anyone engaging with a provider for such amounts and using payment methods like cryptocurrency or others without guarantees should first do thorough research and due diligence.
All aside, @GoSSDHosting, If I would have made an account on this forum ~3 mo back as a user / reseller, I would have not payed 22K to @Calin in crypto nor in SantaCash,
only in Pay-Pal or something alike.
This is not Amazon Certified Store, it is a forum. Some are awesome, Some are good and Some are not that good
@EndlessGravity how did you find the on-chain wallet for the transactions in question? I am as curious as a cat.
EDIT:
I have no idea why some people on this forum think that Romania is a black hole where you can do anything sketchy and get away with it, especially now in 2024 when the government will soon ask you where you got 2,000 USD to buy a shitty car. Italy has severe fiscal regulations, for example, and Romania is not that far behind.
Furthermore, if you're from the US, Canada, UK, or Australia and assume that the same or similar rules apply in the EU, you're greatly mistaken.
I want no compensation for my popcorn, coffee, tea and beer. It was consumed by me while reading the drama, so I shall ask for no compensation whatsoever.
The only part needing compensation is in the drama itself, considering there is no happy ending.
Oh, the drama isn't over yet, so do whatever it takes to restock your popcorn, coffee, tea, and beer. Might even throw in a steak as well.
we still have 20K locked by the bank in this story, that does not fly under the radar.
I can understand why the Kid wants to solve the issue.
Still waiting for more drama. This is probably the most HQ drama for me since I've joined LET.
