For KVM Deals it would work i think, but for those low-end LXC deals not as VF does not have LXC support. Will consider, maybe next KVM deals would be with VirtFusion.

Is TUN supported or not? If it is, then what are the steps to get it working?
Of course, getting the port forward to work is the most important task, I will bother you with the TUN issue after I can connect to the container.
TUN Should be supported, I have already enabled it for 2 containers, NAT issue is also solved.

The customization also needs to be tested before the information is sent to the customer. The SSH password for logging in is wrong, which wastes several hours. Still waiting for a reply to the ticket

The verdict so far:
The product, as an idea, is great for the LE market.
Was it ready for prime-time? Absolutely not. it looks like they went with a good idea, half-assedly setup a server and started to tinker with it live after opening the offer, with 0 testing beforehand.
Did I expect better? Probably, for a bit, but I can't say I was really disappointed, I don't buy these things to run my multi-million dollar projects, but for fun, and I had fun. People who are aggravated when things don't work and "lose millions" are in the wrong corner of the Interwebs.
Overall, it is a decent product, once it is made to work by the tinkering team, at a very-very good price. I am satisfied with the interaction, yes, the planning was bad, the team is obviously inexperienced, but went above and beyond to fix things and that is a very good sign. People learn the technical and strategic things, what really matters is the honesty and the will to carry through a hairy situation and see it at the other end.
I recommend it, it is fun, it is tiny, it is practically free.

Did I expect those problems? More or less, certainly not the ports not being already forwarded, but not having a TUN device or the manual provisioning and wait, well, that was not really surprising.
You give up easily. Yes, for that money, the time is not well spent, but if you wanted to run a rock solid operation off these things, as I have said, your expectations are really not warranted. I am in for the fun factor and I got that.
