Found, you need to complete the fax field as well, WTF...
Yeah for some reason Blesta is asking for fax too, even when i see it as non-mandatory field in required client fields settings. Not sure why.
This is a known bug, will be fixed in the next release. If phone is required, fax becomes required also. Simple short term solution is to not make phone required, if that is an option for you.
It's a pity I want to buy it, but it is out of stock.
where is LXC VPS 256MB?
Did you clicked the Select button under one of the LXC plans? I know it looks like its out of stock but we still have plenty of capacity left

Thank you for the reminder. I’ve purchased the 256MB LXC VPS, but it seems to lack a management interface. How should I manage this server? Also, will there be an IPv6 plan available in the future?
Please raise a ticket so we can give you access directly to Proxmox, if no staff already did. IPv6 will be surely available, currently is WIP on pve2 node but we are deploying these VMs to pve3 node (but here we got plans too )
invoice has been paid, no welcome email received.
I checked email history, but only subject is showing, no body.
What is my activation details.
The provisioning is manual. I received my proxmox login and ports range, but proxmox shows no container and there is no port for ssh specified.
That's it, I have tried the first and last port in the list, as well as the one immediately before the range, connection refused. No IPv6 or proxmox access, so i am stuck.
Anyone knows how to proceed?

Nope, you're lucky even got Poxmox whatever, I received headline only, no body.
You need to update SSH server port in config. I will post a more detailed guide today. Also please check Proxmox if you see your container.

I have submitted my tickets a long time ago, yet I have not received any response so far. This has been one of the worst experiences I've encountered. I strongly suggest that you refrain from launching a product before it has been thoroughly tested, as this could make your customers question your professionalism. It's truly baffling that, as a VPS provider, you are unable to implement even the most basic automation. That said, this is just my personal advice.

So, the service is activated manually, you receive an email asking about template.
Yes, now that I have access to it in Proxmox, I can do that (and did).
However, after changing port, I still can't connect, looks like not forwarded.

@Vojta702 I can see from the Blesta "Email History" that there were some emails sent out after placing an order, but I did not receive any of those emails. (I am using gmail by the way.) You might want to check if there's any problem with your outgoing email service?

TBH, the service is fast, I have done some updates and it works well. I like it so far, no matter the setup issues.
I have asked for TUN to be enabled, is this a service you offer? I can pay extra for the setup.
I have a NAT VDS plan from the previous sale and had to go through even more trouble to get a working server. It’s definitely not a smooth experience.
@Vojta702 From the Blesta "Email History", I see that the outgoing email's "From:" address seems to "[email protected]".
Maybe the "From:" address should be "myvpsnetworks.com" instead of "clients.myvpsnetworks.com"? The latter does not seem to have a DNS SPF record, maybe that's the reason for the email non-delivery?
